Called at 4:20pm that day and was given excuses that they weren't going to be able to do it that day. I understand things happen, but nobody ever called me. They stated someone could come out the following morning early to squeeze me in prior to 8am. At 830am the next day I called and was told "I'm not sure why someone told you that." There's nobody here that can do the work. "Our normal guy is at the dentist and we have nobody." I can't speak for the work they may do, but good luck getting anyone to come out. Ended up doing what I needed done myself. Terrible way to do business.

We walked around the showroom and the yard and found a slab that we wanted to use. I came back that next Monday and told Heather I had picked out a remnant and needed to place an order for my vanity. She was rude towards me when I told her I had already looked at the sinks and knew I wanted a white square sink and had a remnant I needed to hold. She told me that they were busy with the Parade of Homes and that it would be a while before we'd get ours installed, which was ok. She argued a bit when I tried to explain the number of holes we needed for our faucet and I said I could get the template from the car. Apparently that was not needed. I decided just to explain it to the guy who came out to do the template later that week. I called back 8 weeks later and got put on the schedule for an install for 10 weeks (7/31/17) after our initial template was measured. They were supposed to install from 1-2 pm, so I took a late lunch to be there. At 1:10 I received a "courtesy call" that they were stuck on another job and it'd be another 2-3 hours. I asked them to call me 30 min before they'd arrive so I could get back home to meet them, which they did. I was annoyed that they couldn't have called earlier since they knew they'd be late and that I had wasted part of my day to leave work for nothing. The actual install was quick and they were nice. They gave me the invoice with the remaining balance and I wrote a check which was cashed a few days later. I received a call yesterday (8/16) from Heather who asked when I was going to pay my balance with an accusatory tone. I informed her that I wrote a check and it was cashed a few days later. Her tone was just very harsh as she questioned me and implied that I did something wrong. I did not receive a follow up call to tell me that she made a mistake or that she apologizes and corrected my account. I wasn't going to write a review at all until I received her phone call yesterday. I will not be using them again and will tell anyone who is in the market for their products to find someone else. I had also left a Facebook review on their page, but they've now disabled the reviews there since they had 2 negative ones and a glowing review from a friend of Heather's.

It has been terrible and I do not wish this experience on anyone. $8900 for a bathtub and the caulking was not printable, incomplete in areas, not smooth and straight, no cleanup done. I attached pictures with the amount of work orders put in from the beginning. Some of these work orders have still not been solved and it is now the end of January 2020. It shows the "work is completed" for scolding water (we have not taken a comfortable shower since moving in) and dishwasher but issues have not been fixed. It took us about 4 calls to get a closet door fixed and they could not get a simple closet door fixed so we currently are missing a door. I called the corporate office to talk about these issues and how they have been ongoing since October and the regional manager Michelle just wanted to argue with me the entire time. When we first moved in neighbors warned us about rat issues and we have had an issue with spiders. Another issue is nobody cleans up their dog poop in the designated bathroom areas. Managment does not even take the initiative to insure the areas are picked up. Feilds are full of dog poop.

Went to pick up a firearm that I ordered through RKGuns. After more than three weeks, I called to…read moresee if it was there because I never got the email that RKGuns said that it would send me when it arrived. The person in that dept said it was there so I went the next day to pick it up. The three young guys there in that dept seemed much more interested in looking at some new pistols that they got in than dealing with my issue. It was like I was a bother. I won't go over the whole ordeal, but I wound up having to go home and come back again in an attempt to get my firearm. When I got there for the second time, the three stooges were attempting to open the safe that my gun was being kept in. They never did, at least while I was there. Again, they had absolutely no interest in me or my issue. Now I still don't have my gun and will have to go back a THIRD time if I wish to retrieve it. If I ever decide to go back there to get my firearm that I have already paid for, it will be the last time I go back.
