I chose Drop It Like It's Tot because i love tots and its menu intrigued me. All their dishes have tater tots as the base of the bowl/meal. Several of the menu items really called out to me, but alas I could only eat one, so I chose "the hangover". The hangover has at its base the tots, and it is topped with scrambled eggs, ground sausage, country gravy, colby jack cheese and bacon. I ordered it and I had the food in what felt like a few minutes. When i got it i thought... holy cow this is huge. Take a look at the pics for the dish. I felt it was a bit too much cheese, but man when I started to eat it, I could not argue with the flavor! It was an incredibly hearty meal, and delicious to boot! Loved the meal! If you see this food truck around, you need to try its food!
