I called them every day for a week and they still have not returned to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was promised a call back which I never received. They have trouble managing their employees and claim that the technician is not answering his phone. I told them it was a safety issue because I have a single 22 year old renting the place and she is forced to enter the house by the side entrance in the dark. This fact did not change their approach of "your just going to have to wait". Unprofessional, poor customer service, no management follow through and all of this at an exorbinant cost. I got 2 keys and he even reprogrammed my old backup key fob that hasn't worked properly in years. The price was much less than I expected too. Gladd made one for us for just over 200 with tax!! The second time..... The key fobs stopped working for our Nissan Altima, changing batteries didn't help..... and Nissan would Have charged $300 just to look at it!! And he was even wonderful enough to shovel my walkway.
