I called them every day for a week and they still have not returned to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was promised a call back which I never received. They have trouble managing their employees and claim that the technician is not answering his phone. I told them it was a safety issue because I have a single 22 year old renting the place and she is forced to enter the house by the side entrance in the dark.
