LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. I would send continuous follow up emails for MONTHS asking about my two cases and I never got a response from the legal assistant nor my attorney. I would also call them and they would tell me they'll have my attorney reach out to me in a few days but he never did. Not to mention my first case ended up being dismissed and I had to find out through a letter in the mail rather than anybody from this company informing me personally. How are there so many good ratings? I have requested a quote to help with a traffic cam failure to stop at right hand turn for red light. 3 weeks ago, I requested a quote. They emailed m, got all of my information. TWICE btw, once on text and another in email. Then crickets for almost 2 weeks. I emailed 2x. Nothing. Texted the number. Nothing. Finally after trying to call several times I reach someone. One of the rudest guys I've ever spoke with. I just wanted to know the terms of the service. Site say they refund if they can not resolve. He literally laughed at me and said the 'may refund something' I said, well how much? Usually those would be terms disclosed right? He thought that was hilarious. I said, ok well can you send me a contact I can review? He said I'll email you an invoice. See my photo. I'm thinking, what? This is a law office? There are no terms of service or anything. Just give us money. No promises to appear in court on my behalf. Or literally anything. So I am reading all the good reviews and thinking... is it just me? I'll try again. Called the main line and after battling with the automated system for 10 min speak with a guy that was much nicer than the first thinking I may get somewhere. Then he says, yea. Our cases are full right now and then even before I can respond just hangs up. WTF? I am baffled. I would highly advise caution with these guys. Giving scam vibes. Misleading Service with Serious Potential Consequences. I would not recommend their services. I received a traffic ticket. Concerned about possibly getting a point on my record, I contacted Ticket Crushers. I paid $250 for their service and spoke with their lawyer, who told me my case was not severe and that tickets like mine often get dismissed in my jurisdiction. After the court, I received an email from the person handling my case (Ichitaro) titled, "Your Ticket was Dismissed!" I was relieved and thought everything was taken care of. However, a few weeks later, I decided to check the court document, only to find out that my ticket was not dismissed. In fact, I was required to pay a fine and attend a traffic school. Confused, I contacted Ichitaro to clarify. He responded that the email stating the dismissal of the ticket was a mistake. This was incredibly frustrating because I could have faced severe consequences if I had trusted their email and not checked the court documents myself. These could include additional fines, a suspended license, or even a mark on my driving records, among other consequences. This kind of misleading service is unacceptable, especially in legal matters where the stakes are high. I had received a ticket for 108 MPH, which there was no way, so hearing about ticket crasher, I thought to my self, I need to fight this, that cop said I was going 108 mph, and there's no way, 108 at 8am in traffic, 3 lands and one ends. I explained in detail what had happened, I even told them" I took a video at 8am, in traffic, in the same exact spot as to were the same cop said he clocked me at 108mph!
