Chicken wings were not crispy and lacking in taste. Our total bill was about 50 dollars or so. Overall, if you are craving for pizza when you are in the outlet mall then its ok to give this place a try. However, I don't think I will come back to dine there again.

PRO TIP: Be sure to take advantage of their Pizza Express Club loyalty scheme on their app, after just a couple of visits you can get a bunch of freebies to make your trip more affordable. Without these offers, it can be a little pricey however once you unlock the gold tier you're able to get bonuses such as a free soft drink, bottled water, dough balls, coffee and Dolcetti and the list continues. I visited on a busy Saturday and was able to get a table pretty much straight away, despite being very busy, I appreciated how I was able to get a table and they didn't let service standards slip, as many locations do when they're busy, the food took a bit longer to arrive but I was fine with that as they were busy after all. The staff were friendly but they did appear to be a little short-staffed, I did have to wait a little while to pay with my gift card and after mentioning a minor billing issue, these issues were sorted. I ordered my usual Pizza Express order, a gluten-free Pollo Pancetta, the staff member was happy to find it on the legacy menu and make it for me, after confirming with the chef that they still had the ingredients to make it. The pizza tasted good, there was a nice amount of toppings, and the pancetta was extra crispy and cooked very well. I ordered gluten-free dough balls as a side with my pizza, which were fine, they paid attention to ensure all food was brought out at the same time, which again is an issue I've had at other Pizza Express locations who didn't do this, despite clearly requesting it. My guests ordered the Margherita Pizza on a Romana Base and were also happy with their pizzas. Prices do seem slightly higher than most other Pizza Express locations, likely down to the rent in the Outlet Center, it only worked out 50 p extra on the pizzas, and I'm not sure what the difference was on the other items our party ordered. 4* - This is a good Pizza Express location showing good standards of service and food quality even when busy. The food was ordered and delivered to our table quickly, and in general we had no complaints at all. The staff coped admirably with the volume of customers who were coming through the doors. Prices are pretty reasonable for chain food - the set meals for two in particular are very good value, and the all you can eat buffets always provide good value too. Certainly one of the better Pizza Huts we've eaten in, and we would re-visit if we are ever passing again.

The only place we were treated to every once in a blue moon was Pizza Hut! Still today, it's the only 'fast food' style place that I'll allow myself to eat. A very polite Pizza Hut driver named Scott called me about twenty minutes after this to check the address and get directions, and then he surprised me by buzzing the buzzer about thirty seconds later. Super speedy. Like Billy Whizz. Billy Whizza! Anyhoo. The pizza should have been tasty because it should have had olives on it (among other things). But could I find any? Nope. None. Olives are my staple pizza ingredient, and I get most upset if I can't have them. I get more upset if I've paid for them already and they're missing. So for that, Horsforth Pizza Hut, you lose one star, and Pizza Hut in general, you lose a star for having a stupid website.
