We turned around right away and returned to the location to address it, but the manager (white guy with earrings) refused to offer a rewash, refund, or to give us his name. I understand that policies vary by location, but I expected at least a courtesy rewash since the issue was identified immediately after exiting the tunnel. The lack of resolution was frustrating given that the service was clearly not completed as expected. I hope this location improves consistency and customer service moving forward.
