The associate was helping a customer in the other lane but it held up yhe lane I was in gor more than 5 minutes. Can't back up and leave so you are stuck. Also not all yhe brushes work, so it is not fully cleaning the car. The loght that tells ypu to stop and go st the end of the wash has been broken for months. I came here to wash and vacuum out my car and I was disappointed. The wash was simple enough for a $10 regular wash but there was no heads up that the vacuums were pretty much not working. Going through the wash was fine but the dryers really did not dry the car enough. I have been to many car washes and the dryers dry a lot better than these. There were paper signs on some of the vacuums stating that the suction of the vacuums were low and it was low enough to wear it did not suck anything up. I feel like that should have been stated before you pay for a car wash. I will not be coming back here again. read more

This car wash started out strong. The best feature was the superb vacuums, microfiber towels, and cleaner available to detail your car after running through the brushes, etc. The last two times I have been there, the vacuums were not working (no heads up before you pay by the way) and there have been no towels an limited cleaners. It is now an overpriced disaster of a facility. I spoke to two other very dissatisfied customers in the parking lot where the broken vacuums are. We all agreed we will never give this place our business again. Sad. This was the best car wash for a brief moment in time. They deserve to go out of business now. read more

This car wash seems to be going downhill. I recently had a car wash there and was disappointed. They use to wash the bugs off the front grill before going through the machine. All they did this day was turn by side mirrors in. Needless to say, I had to try to get the bugs off the front grill and windshield because the machine sure didn't. And there was other places on my car that the machine didn't clean. Should have spent a little more money and went to the car wash in town where they clean and dry your car. read more

my truck was damaged going thru wash day manager wrote up claim took pics I had to get 2 estimates which I did ! I took my truck to get repaired day manager said they would send check direct my truck repair was done so I picked it up and paid for repairs it's now going on 2 months and still no check for repairs! I would avoid this car was as they do not take responsibility for damage to your vehicle. now I am going to file with small claims court to get reimbursed plus court fees! I was so excited when this car wash opened & purchased their monthly pass and I only wash my vehicle about twice a month, but this last several months, it's always closed for one reason or another when I want to wash my vehicle. And then if you call to see when and if they will re-open, they don't even answer the phone. One time I went and they were closed for lunch. Couldn't believe that. Will be cancelling my monthly subscription. It's a shame and contributed to Poor ownership and/or poor management. read more

VERY DISHONEST, I cancel their services back in October.. and I did put it out my mind thinking that was the end of it.. is February and they still collecting the monthly fee. now I contacted costumer service and they say that their policy only can return 1 month.. after they got pay for 4? I ask how this was my problem when they never cancel my subscription.. (this was done in person).. but apparently they didn't care.. so yes. their policy the one that we never see, read or agree to. is 1 month even if they charge you a year with previous notice of cancelation.. so if you cancel make sure you keep and eye on your statements.. read more

The car wash does an acceptable job, nothing special. However, in Statesboro, there is a man that gives you a high pressure sales pitch EVERY time you go to buy a single wash. He even told me "Take 5 does not wash vehicles with excessive mud, but I will make an exception this time". The issue: most of what was on my truck was bird droppings from being parked under a tree, and it wasn't that much. My truck had also been rinsed off by me before coming to the car wash so most of the gunk was gone, only residue that a water hose will not remove remained. If this is the stance of Take 5, you have lost my business. It is already irritating enough to have to listen to a sales pitch each time I use your wash. Now I am being pressured even more to have my truck clean before using your wash...sounds like you are not really a car wash are you? And they want me to give them permission to automatically pay a monthly fee for this? And with the reputation they have about not cancelling the automatic withdrawal after being requested to do so by other customers, they expect me to trust them not to do the same to me? AND they don't want to make more money off of me by letting me buy single washes??? Advice: choose a place that doesn't pressure you to do something against your will and appreciates your business. read more

I pay monthly for the car wash and they are rarely ever open. The vaccum I used literally fell apart. They had one spray bottle so I had to hurry to share with a lady beside me. Whatever they have in the bottles literally died my hands blue.. the girls up there are great and customer service with them is great but whoever this new owner is needs to do some serious maintenance read more

This place was great when it opened but had gone downhill since then. The machine that takes the money is always screwing up. I had to move 3 times the other day to find vacuums that worked on both sides. My wheels used to be clean every time I went through, not anymore. The blower fans at the end used to get almost all the water off, not anymore. I'm a monthly member and it's still better than doing it in the driveway. read more

I wish someone that knows how to run a car wash would buy the place. They are never open on time and the wash is going downhill fast

I had a monthly membership that was $39.99 a month and it was great, at first. However, the last six times I went to use it, the car wash was always closed. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to discuss cancelling the monthly membership, so had to go up there in person. I was promised that I could cancel, and still use the membership the remainder of the month - which still has 2 weeks left in it - since I had paid for the month up front...however, when I tried to use it when the business was finally back open, it wouldn't work. I had to go inside and speak to the manager, who informed me that once a membership is cancelled, there's nothing he can do...so in other words, I paid for the month of June, and had not used the car wash once during the month because the business was always closed when I went...so he made me pay full price for my car wash, which was $25. He also told me to be on the lookout for the monthly fee, because, "the computer system sometimes continues to charge people after they cancel." UNBELIEVABLE! You can't treat customers this way and expect to stay in business! Why are you punishing customers for canceling a service that you are unable to provide? read more
