Took in a very expensive silk shirt with an unidentified stain.Tide wouldn't even accept the shirt, or attempt the removal, as the employee stated, "dry cleaning will not remove stains." This location ruined our brand new duvet cover after trying to clean it 3X and not only leaving oil stains on it but it became faded. We have stopped by 4X and left our information for the manager...no response and no resolution. Very disappointing and we may have to take them to small claims court. Since I last wrote on Yelp, Tide Cleaners has really stepped up to the plate and taken care of my concerns. Aly, the manager at our local store in Bonita Springs credited my account for what I had spent in alterations. She also told me to repurchase the ruined dress and bring in the receipt so she could refund the cost of the dress! I did as she suggested and she followed through. Meanwhile, I got a very nice email from the Operations Support Manager, Amanda, who wanted to rectify the situation. Beyond what the store offered, Amanda put an additional credit in my account to cover $25 worth of future dry cleaning. This company has my business! Brand new fur comforter came back with a musty smell. I was hoping for the clean fresh linen scent. There was no smell when I brought it in. I'd gladly wash it myself; however, my washer isn't large enough. I was advised to dry clean it instead of having it washed and dried due to high heat. I ended up using linen spray on it. Fabulous cleaners with great service. You can just drive up and they come out to take your clothes. Then they hand you your cleaned items. You can set up an account and have everything charged to a credit card. The Yakut year of the cleaning is excellent. My husband likes his shirts folded with heavy starch. They come right every time. I tried to use there service I saw a 50% off coupon and thought I could try it. Because I need about 6 things done per week. The girl at counter told me I had wrong coupon. I said don't you have a 50% off coupon? Yes we do... can you apply it? No I can't you have to bring it with you. I would like to try your process for my first time please just apply the code for new customer I know it's 50 % off. That young girl thought I was the Dumbest person on earth. I was in the area for a wedding and my dress got all wrinkled from traveling. I went in to the store on Friday afternoon and explained that I needed it by noon, not thinking it was possible. I was shocked by the customer service when they said "no problem". I stopped by the next day and, out front by the valet station, a man asked my name and retrieved my dress almost immediately. He introduced himself as one of the owners and I was absolutely floored once again that they not only delivered on the tight time window but that one of the owners was out front greeting and helping customers. After I received a call from the manager at Tide (Alyssa), they suggested that I bring the comforter back in for a "redo". It took a few days but they were able to restore my comforter to a much better state and I will be able to keep it in the set in the bedroom. We have been using this dry cleaner for many years, and have consistently had excellent service. A few years ago we had a fair amount of clothing that had been exposed to smoke and they were able to get rid of all the smoke odor completely. Whether it is a complicated job, or just regular dry cleaning, the results have been excellent. We often utilize the drive-up service which is incredibly convenient. Each staff member we have interacted with has been courteous and professional. This is a dream of a dry cleaner! read more

I have been using both locations for several months. I like the staff, the locations and the valet service. But as for as my clothes go they are literally being destroyed. I am meticulous with the care of my clothes, many of which are irreplaceable pieces from luxury boutiques or designers. Many are basic white shirts; my "go to faves". There is something going on here that breaks off, damages and literally destroys buttons. I've asked repeatedly to deal with this. I just picked up a $200.00 order with not only more damaged buttons, but plain lazy work. Only buttoning the top button on my shirts leaves them imbalanced on the hanger and instead of ironing out wrinkles it creates them. My shirts are also coming back with the collars damaged from over pressing with an iron that's to hot. They now look old and shiny. Yes, another new shirt screwed up! At the prices charged there is simply no excuse for this. As soon as I have time I'm now going to have to go thru all my shirts and bring them in to have the buttons repaired or replaced. I'm particularly annoyed today as I just picked up a shirt I've never even worn yet and the top button is severely damaged. I hung it right in front of a dress with almost every button gone or ruined, all the way down the front. This is a franchise. How is this happening? Where are they going to find matching buttons to replace these? My last order is my last, but I will return with all the damaged pieces for a solution as soon as I have the time. This was the most life-saving friendly experience I have received from a place and person that did not even know me. The general manager of this Tide dry cleaner, Alejandra Clevenger, came all the way back 30 minutes after closing to open back up and give me my two silk tops. I visited Bonita Springs on vacation and came to pick up my dry cleaning before leaving for an early flight the next morning, and if Alejandra had not driven all the way back after closing, and certainly did not have to do that at all since I am the one who mistakenly came there 30 minutes late, I would have left Florida without my favorite tops. She saved the day and was my angel! I also tried to tip her and she would not accept it, what a classy, hard working woman! I admire you Alejandra and thank you so much you should be promoted!!!! read more

One of the better dry cleaners out there. You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. The service is outstanding and one of my favorite people at this location is Roxy. However, the entire staff is wonderful. Plus, you can't but smell your clothes when they come back because they have the wonderful scent of tide. read more

I had avoided this location for a long while due to their incompetence. I started leaving a couple of items (shirts and shorts I wear for work) to see how things were now. They seemed to be going well. My things were ready as promised, and for the most part, done right. Not today. I dropped off a suit last evening (1/24/18) which I absolutely must have for work tomorrow. I went by to get it this evening, and--surprise--it was NOT ready! Imagine that! I went to this location this morning, and was told my items WERE ready. Alejandra (the manager noted in Natalie M.'s review) was on duty. She and I went to the kiosk, she tried it using my info, and it came back that I had no items ready for pickup. She went inside, played with the computer, tried it again. On the third try, my items came out. Alejandra informed me that there had to have been a "glitch" in the computer when they ran the credit cards on file yesterday. Why that would be, I have no idea. But apparently, it was sorted out, and my items were released. I have stated before that I am not a fan of this new, unimproved, kiosk system. At any rate, I got my clothes. Alejandra indicated there would be no charge, for the inconvenience, of course. A quick check of my bank account indicates that they DID charge me. I don't know how Natalie M. got the service she got, with the Alejandra coming back to open the store to give Natalie M. her silk tops for her trip home... no one seems to be providing THAT level of service these days. Not at this location, anyway. Expect the same low-expectation service you get at other dry cleaners. Nothing more. read more
