Nikki welcomed me with such kindness and immediately made me feel comfortable. Sydni did my hair exactly the way I wanted it and made me laugh, which helped calm my nerves. Kelsey, my photographer, guided me through every pose, hyped me up the entire session, and made me feel beautiful and confident even when I doubted myself. Then Elise made my image reveal one of the most exciting moments of the entire experience. Her excitement was contagious, and seeing the photos for the first time left me speechless. I hadn't had my hair and makeup professionally done since I was 20 years old, and I had never had professional portraits taken before. I came in nervous, but I left feeling empowered. For the first time in a long time, I saw myself the way everyone else seemed to see me--beautiful, confident, and strong. I submitted it 1 week before it was due ,yet they never did it,then I call ,have to talk with a foreign person who I do not understand ,nor who understood me. Fucked up my submission and it would have NEVER been sent if not for me. No local # to call and I stop there to discuss ,place is closed . Never will I recommend, and will talk shit to every client I see NOT to use them. They monopolize the industry so they don't care about the customer. Pieces of shit and they are so over priced it's the same photos for the senior pics that I paid $293 as you pay for $21.95 packets you get from school. A very important pic and event in my sons and our lives and they fuckin spoiled it with there greedy unprofessional ways.

Lisa was fantastic throughout--very prompt to return e-mails, very accommodating. Her work was great--she got some really interesting shots of us, but also let us just be ourselves and do our thing (instead of having us do weird poses). She has great packages and did ours for the whole day--which is nice since a lot of photographers mess around with hourly rates. When she was there, she was a fly on the wall when we needed her to be (i.e., during the ceremony and the reception) and proactive when it was most important, such as helping guide my wife through the details (i.e., how to cut the cake) and get people organized for group photos. She was such a pleasure to work with!

Our first impression matched everything we saw and the photos we took for our engagement photos. Brad and Christine are a great team and they knew the photos to take and the places to go. Our wedding arrived and Brad and Christine were on top of everything, split up, and never were in our way. Always around to catch good photos but also not annoyingly following you, a great balance.
