The only thing preventing the 5th star is the process of getting an appointment. Why do they have a link on their webpage to schedule an appointment when the request is always totally ignored? I have never received a response for an appointment request. I always end up having to call the central appointment office, and usually the only availability is weeks away.

My doctor is Any Huang and I have recommended her to any and everyone. She was extremely emphatic, informative and knowledgeable. I have never had such excellent care and concern with a dermatologist. Whenever I purchase a new product I share with Dr Huang to make sure my skin won't react. She never has an issue and always gives her honest feedback and suggestions. I AM SOOOO HAPPY I found Dr Amy Huang and will never switch.
