I have been a patient since January of 2025 for rotator cuff problems, pre and post op. Their Hydro-(aquatic) Therapy combined with the usual multiplanter therapy are provide by a team of certified therapist like no other. June 22, 2021 Came for an Aqua Zumba class that meets here once a week. Private instructor. This review has nothing to do with this company it's just about the Aqua Zumba class. The Zumba teacher, Lisa Dale (and this class) have the use of the pool once a week. Lisa is in shape for her age and looks to have had a weight loss journey of her own...she's also, a wellness coach, and teaches Zumba/and/or other fitness classes at other locations. About her Zumba...the "flow" of the Zumba steps/routine doesn't hold consistent to me...so, I'll give it a month and re-evaluate. Message me if interested in class, I will give you the info. Class is 45 minutes and even though there's no rhyme or reason to water aerobics, once you start moving you're floating so there's no sense of control over your body. I like it because it's resistance...and if I take it easy and concentrate on just the movements it will help my overall well-being. Brought a coworker too. She liked it.
