Not only do you have to do your own warm up before they see and treat you but the staff members are very polite and even remember your name after just seeing you once or twice! The space where you are stretching out if full of natural light from the big windows, you have a water cooler in the corner if you get thirsty. Even though there is a waiting room you won't be there long even if you didn't have a appointment. I would recommend getting one just to be safe though. The two Chiropractor's are pretty good and nice, they will advice you on what to do, down to the smallest thing. I really think they have your best interest at heart. I have been attending 2-3 times a week when able to they have a schedule where they go from 8am-about 11am then reopen from 3pm-about 6pm. I will update when I get the times down for sure. I really stand behind this because I drive from Alief to League City for treatments!

Being a nurse and having no experience with pain management clinics, I was very skeptical. I imagined an office where people came to easily get pain medication and a sketchy doctor. I couldn't have been more wrong about this clinic! Dr. Azzam's office and medical staff are fantastic, knowledgeable, and very caring. Funny too. Dr. Azzam himself, is not the doctor I envisioned at all. The exact opposite. He listened to my concerns and agreed that we had the same goals regarding my pain management. I am a horrible patient yet he always carefully explained things to me in the manner best suited to my personality. He took the time to understand what I was worried about. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the most current therapies. I ended up having Kyphoplasty and that was a fantastic decision. I trust Dr. Azzam 100%. I cannot recommend this office enough. He is easy on the eyes as well.

So i went and was prescribed a med that didnt work. Went back for follow up. Said that didn't work.. We discussed my continued follow up with my ortho. But nothing for pain. Just sent home with no treatment plan, no follow-up.. Nothing. So what do i do now.. Go find another pain management and say I have an orthopedist to fix the orthopedic problem but I have to have you fix the pain problem. ​I mean I don't understand where to go from here. ​I was with my last pain management for 15 years before they moved to a location further from me. So this is brand new for me to start new with the doctor and they're not getting my concerns. I guess. So I don't think I'm going to be able to return because nothing is happening here there's no plan . He has explained  in great depth what my condition is so that I can understand. I have something called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.  I have never heard of this, so he has educated me on it a lot. He does not give you false hope. If it's a 50/50 chance he lets you know. When it comes to blocks. He's not a pill pusher. I like that about him. He does try procedures first.  He takes all the time you need with him until you understand the procedures and process of how he's going to treat you. You will not find a better Dr. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everyone always says hi and ask how  I'm doing or if I need anything I would definitely recommend Dr Garcia if you have any kind of pain. He genuinely cares for his patients.

You will be given an appointment time and will wait in the office for 3 hours or more. Most of the patients there are being injured worse than they were before they came in. I'm so extremely grateful to Dr. Koh for being so throrough, detailed, and meticulous with recording so much info for my chart & my case. I'll forever be eternally grateful to her for the official diagnosis so I could finally begin the first steps of applying for disability. She's highly knowledeable, compassionate, and is genuinely interested in helping her patients find the best solution possible for their ailments. She is a relatively young Dr., but somehow she knows more than doctors who are twice her age!! She graduated from med school from the University Toronto, which I feel is a great advantage because American med schools don't seems to teach hardly anything about super-rare diseases (at least not about the one that I have, which affects roughly 1 out of about every 100,000). If you feel that you're suffering from a rare disease & are hoping for some answers, Dr. Koh is by far the best, most knowledgeable doctor to go see. I spent nearly 30 years of going to specialists, only to be left without a single answer. All the other doctors would never listen & would all always blow me off, so after about ten years of trying, I gave up all hope for over 20 years regarding seeking help from specialists until it became critical for me to start seeking to apply for disability. Dr. Koh is the only doctor who I've ever seen who actually genuinely cares about helping me with my disease & who actually listens to me & who treats me with compassion, dignity & respect!! By far the best specialist I've ever seen, and I've seen my share of doctors off and on going way back to 1997!!

No one returned my call. I called again later in the day and spoke with Tila who is not very knowledgeable and she took a second message for the doctor to return my call. On March 10th the doctor still didn't respond to my messages so I called again and spoke Crisida (name might be misspelled) I gave her the same message "I'm not feeling well and is my blood work normal". She left me on hold and then informed me the doctor was calling me on the other line but I never received a missed call. I waited about 20 minutes and call their office again and I spoke with a lady and didn't get her name but she's an older lady and I heard huffing and pudding attitude over the phone which is ridiculous but she informed me the doctor was supposively calling me again but Crisida failed to tell me that Dr. Abdelmasih was calling me from a blocked number which is fine but then I would need to adjust my phone settings. Third attempt the doctor finally called me and she seemed bothered because she was driving and her responses to my concerns were Uh huh okay. I'm a new patient with UTMB or wait I was a patient with this medical provider and I will medical treatment elsewhere. The staff members who answer your incoming calls need better training and Tila if she's a nurse then IDK why she couldn't answer any of my concerns regarding the medication.
