We'd never owned a hot tub or lap pool before, but my husband had worked with Leisure through his job and thought highly of them. This company has been accountable, professional, and amazing - from purchase, preinstallation, installation, warranty work, and water testing. We've worked with ALL of the Mikes, as well as probably everyone else, and together they make a responsive, quality team. My husband and I grew up in service industries so we have high expectations when it comes to customer service. Leisure Montana is a gem among way too many clueless businesses that don't know how to treat customers. Thanks to them, we are able to have great low-impact workouts almost year-round, only wimping out when it's below -10 outside. We of course enjoy the massage jets before and after a hard day of work, especially as we get older. We want to thank Leisure so much for making this big purchase a great experience. This swim spa is now our favorite part of our home: support and service made that happen!

I figured, okay it's a Friday so things must be hectic. Over the weekend I saw that he had an online contact form so I filled that out and anxiously waited until noon on Monday with again no response. If he was too booked to do the job, I understand but what I don't understand is not having the courtesy to call to let me know that I should be looking for someone else. I was fortunate to find another company that was prompt, professional, and fairly priced so my issue has now been corrected.

This was a $130 bill for less than a half an hour. My pilot light continued to not stay on so I called Bob and asked him if he'd check the thermacouple. He said no need since it lit. I went to the hardware store and bought a new one for $12 installed it less than half an hour in my water heater works fine now. I'm concerned about his thoroughness and his suggestion that I just replaced the water heater.

They would show up and fix things without issue…read more Then Mike stopped showing up and started sending people out who overcharged for products ($4500 dollar boiler on every site I found selling it....sold it to my landlord for substantial markup.) Overkill as well. The old boiler was on it's way out but it wasn't necessary to replace it with the Lochinvar they chose. 9000 dollars and 10 hours later (Being generous here. They didn't show up til almost 10 when they said 9, they left at noon for lunch and came back at 1:30 and they left our house at 4:30, not including the day before when they showed up, said they'd be back, and then left) they still didn't finish installing the thing, multiple guys, in the dead of winter while my children and I have to wait yet another day for them to figure out how to finish installing it. (multiple plumbers showed up to my house to do this, mind you) Called their customer service and she was rude, asking me if "I had my plumbing license" to which I responded "no ma'am, I'm a licensed electrician in two states and I do automation and controls work." As if I, in my 22 years as a professional electrician have never done service work. I can tell you one thing, whether or not the work I did was for a homeowner or renter, I always let the PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOME know what was going on. Very, very dissatisfied with the customer service, not from Mike, but from the people he chose to come to my house and NOT finish a job that should have taken a day. And if they want to argue with me about it, perhaps they can commission and install a GEHO pump in a day, perhaps they can design and install a pump station in a week, or perhaps they can program some logic for me at the mine where I work doing automation, controls, and logix work where YES, MAJOR MOTORS, PUMPS, AND PLUMBING ARE INVOLVED. This job should have been done but they're trying to milk my 80 year old land-lord because "he's cheap", their very words. I'll be taking the time that was done on this job and the price of their heater to my landlord and I will be asking him why he allowed them to justify charging him over 9000 dollars. I know it wasn't for hours. I happen to know the going rate for a plumber. I know it wasn't for material. Much of the material they replaced was in working condition. No offense to Mike, but the people you're paying to do this work are unprofessional and their disparaging comments about my landlord and refusal to let the renters know what's going on is completely out of line. You wouldn't get away with this kind of service if there were proper competition in our area.

They have worked on my furnace, humidifier, a/c, toilets and sinks, as well as repaired a leaky shower. After using 2 different companies before Alpine, we will never use anyone else. They are fast and dependable. I have never had to give a credit card up front, nor have I had any issue with my bill being more than what they quoted. More often than not, the bill is actually been less than what was quoted in the beginning. I cannot say enough good things about Alpine Plumbing and Heating. Great company!

Service Requested, Personable Tech, Professionalism…read more I had a toilet start running on a weekend and Roto Rooter's answering service answered my call right away. Their weekend techs didn't start until 10am but said they would call me back at that time to set up an appointment which they did. The tech was actually able to come early and was so nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet and answered all my questions. I also called another 24/7 well known plumber before Roto Rooter, since I was just going down the line in Google trying to reach someone, I left a message with this plumber and after 7 hours still have not received a return phone call. I will be returning to Roto Rooter for all my plumbing needs. When I was seeing dollar signs spinning Roto Rooter was there to save the day. Thank you, Roto Rooter!
