They do not have techs on call anymore to answer a question, they are not "always open" as advertised. They must have lost the license for selling and servicing the brand of product they sold me because they no longer are listed on the Manufacturer website as a retailer/servicer. He was there for a little over an hour, did nothing but remove an aerator from a bathroom faucet and left it on the counter. He said they would have to order parts and come back and fix things. He then told her it was 220 dollars for the visit, she wrote him a check, he gave her no receipt. If you don't fix anything how can you justify charging that kind of money. It is shameful, gives the plumbing industry a bad reputation. Shame on you
