I clearly had a Civil Rights case against a property management company. "The Iowa Civil Rights Commission" has gotten involved since speaking to him or shall I say being "YELLED AT" by Attorney Deck. Value? There is zero value as no price could pay this Guy to get involved. He suggested I write a letter? I offered to sign contract and pay him, but his yelling continued. He was condescending and rude. Perhaps his age? I have never spoken to such a rude Attorney in my life of 12 states of living in. There is zero value in speaking to this man. He interrupted constantly and I would not recommend talking to this Attorney or his office. Thanks for nothing, Attorney Deck. I think you should retire.

He was able to successfully resolve the issue, and did so quickly, professionally and with integrity in the profession. I would hire him again for anything, and would reccomend his service to anyone who asked me! I appreciated his prompt handling of a situation and to resolve a matter in which a customer was given very poor, and incomplete service, and wrongly charged for incompleted service.

After leaving messages for over 6 weeks with NO RESPONSE AT ALL from Jacquelyn I had to email the attorney that referred me to her to get a response. She overcharged me (increased her hourly rate from $225 to $250 until I called her out). I feel she over billed the hours, I tried to reason with her but she just lied about the discussion that we had at the beginning of my case. I gave her several opportunities correct this and explained that I would be leaving reviews to keep others from getting burned by her. She even tried to intimidate me by threatening to file a slander suit against me (so you know this review is 100% honest). Very unprofessional!
