Todd Deck provided us with legal assistance in a dispute with a contractor. We were treated very wrong and unfairly, and Todd was most professional in dealing with the situation. He was able to successfully resolve the issue, and did so quickly, professionally and with integrity in the profession. Value for a consult with Attorney Deck regarding Civil Rights violation. Staff was not friendly, although Attorney Deck did reach out right away. We played phone tag. I clearly had a Civil Rights case against a property management company. "The Iowa Civil Rights Commission" has gotten involved since speaking to him or shall I say being "YELLED AT" by Attorney Deck. Value? There is zero value as no price could pay this Guy to get involved. He suggested I write a letter? I offered to sign contract and pay him, but his yelling continued. He was condescending and rude. Perhaps his age? I have never spoken to such a rude Attorney in my life of 12 states of living in. There is zero value in speaking to this man. He interrupted constantly and I would not recommend talking to this Attorney or his office. Thanks for nothing, Attorney Deck. I think you should retire. read more
