Great! Great! Great! We saw Hazel on TikTok 3 weeks before our final walkthrough on a New Construction home. Don't assume the builder has done everything right. Remember they use sub contractors and quality is subject to the person doing the work on that day. People miss things whether by mistake or otherwise.
