There's also an urgent care available on the ground floor. The building is many years old but is maintained well. The facility is clean and spacious. There's security guards throughout the facility at your service. The clinicians here provide great quality of care to their patients from my observation. I was here recently to grab a crew neck sweatshirt from the gift shop. The gift shop is a small but it contains all of the essentials that you need while being at a hospital.

Besides my superb top quality medical team of Surgeons and Oncologists, I found the Nurses go above and beyond in their work, providing genuine care with such grace and pure empathy, often tending to patients as if family. Let's take a moment to praise the nurses. This year, 2025 I am a twenty years cancer survivor and visit MSKCC annually for my check up. It's key to stay informed and hopefully catch symptoms as early as possible. Sending prayers for healing and blessings to those who are going through the journey of one of the most difficult of diagnoses. Let us hope and pray they find a cure someday soon.     This office is practicing balance billing for in network providers which is against the benefits…read morepolicy. The doctor is in-network with our insurance. The insurance says that the services are covered. There is no patient responsibility except for copays or lab copays. Christina, has been attempting to bill the difference between what the insurance says is the allowed rate, as per the doctor and insurance contract, and what the practice is charging. As a in-network provider, this is a breach in contract. She keeps making excuses about the insurance denying claims/ not reaching out to her / that her hands are tied to handle this situation but the only denials that the insurance see are for services that THEY were too late to file a claim for or filed incorrectly. Even then, there is no patient responsibility. That's on them to take the loss for having a clearly clueless and inadequate billing team who does not know what they are doing. And then they have the audacity to threaten to send to collections, for a bill not within patient responsibility as stated by insurance. Christina is clearly trying to avoid doing her job in order to force patients to pay off whatever charge the office wants. Uncooperative, ignoring calls from the insurance to clear the issue, and now us. She keeps acting like it's a problem that the insurance and the patient needs to solve but that's not the case. This is a problem that the office's billing department is supposed to solve. Insurance has already settled that the services are covered with only the copay as patient responsibility. The denied claims is because the billing department was too late and not doing their work in time, not because of lack of coverage. There is no argument, there is nothing unresolved. It's on Christina. Do not go to this office. They deserve to be shut down.

The worst of it is that no matter how many times Quest reaches out to them they refuse to respond to the faxes, the emails, the letters, the calls. I hate this place and quite frankly - this doctor is NOT worth the trouble. Oh - and you have to wait for at least 2 hours regardless of when your appt time was. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
