Not a good experience at all. You never know what you are getting. And when you have a complain,…read moreall they do is trying to patronize you.. The level of condescending talk they give you is pretty amazing. I was at Parish agency in another county. (I had to transfer because l moved and my husband was already with this agency). They might also not give a crap like this agency, but l would never know because they at least try (or pretend) to care. Here don't bother. Every single person l talked to is extremely condescending. Owner included. He even told me once (less than 1 month after l transferred) , "we cannot do business together if you do not trust us." Seriously? You are an insurance company, of course l will not trust you at first. It is "your" job to act a certain way so l get to trust you. And not just the service or the "l don't care mentality", state farm in general sucks a whole lot. They will draw you in with supposedly low rates which will soon keep increasing. Non stop. Almost every single month l have a different amount to pay. The price can increase suddenly to up to approximately $40 for just 1 car from one month to another. And when you have questions, you get a lot of bs. They are extremely evasive with information and make you feel bad for even daring to ask, almost like they are trying to say, "shouldn't you just shut up and pay whatever we ask?" And that seems to be a state farm thing. Every monthly bill is like a surprise gift box. What am l getting? How much more am paying this time? For now l am stuck there, but l am working hard to convince my husband to go elsewhere with everything (the house, cars, life insurance, and his mom's car). I am looking forward to taking a really long break from state farm. Maybe a forever break. 1 star is for the front desk lady being polite and a minimum decent and because l couldn't give 0.

In my opinion I would rate less than one star if I could. The staff is friendly and pleasant…read morehowever, we are very unhappy in the way a small claim that I had was handled or should I say not handled. I am restraining myself from saying much more. We are switching to another Agent.

John was absolutely fantastic and extremely thorough!…read more I highly recommend him and this company for their amazing services at amazing value!!

Extremely Disappointing Inspection…read more I paid $1,301.85 for a home inspection, sewer evaluation, mold inspection, and radon testing, plus another $267.26 for a reinspection. I relied on this company to identify significant defects before making a major financial commitment to purchase a home. Unfortunately, almost immediately after moving into the home, I discovered serious problems that were missed or inadequately identified--including improperly installed HVAC systems, extensive evidence of mice and other pests, multiple plumbing issues, a leaking sprinkler system, a severely compromised septic system that backed sewage into the home, a dishwasher that required replacement, and major cracks in the marble flooring. These were not minor or hidden cosmetic issues. Several were obvious, serious functional problems that resulted in substantial unexpected expenses, stress, and inconvenience almost immediately after closing. i spent over $15,000 in repairs shortly after occupancy. I understand that no inspection can uncover every problem. However, the sheer number and severity of the issues missed has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the thoroughness and quality of the inspection and reinspection I paid for. When I contacted the company, I was informed that they are not responsible for ANY of the missed items in their inspection. So I am left wondering why would anyone pay for their services if they aren't even able to recognize a broken dishwasher. When you pay for a professional inspection to protect a major investment, you should be able to trust that serious problems will be identified. Based on my experience, I did not receive the level of service or peace of mind I expected. Save your money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
