Found a diamond in the rough! It's family picture season, so everyone is looking for a great hair and makeup stylist. I found Tiffany Lynne hair studio, through Yelp. So many great reviews I had to reach out. Best perk, I only had to drive to one place to get pampered before pictures. When I connected with Tiffany she was pleasant, responded quickly and answered all my questions. I was able to pay a deposit over venmo and got booked with Sarah & Yazmin. A tad pricey, but you get what you pay for! Day of service was nothing but smooth sailing. I made sure I was prepared with a few pictures of what look I was going for and both artist were able to have me taken care of in 2 hours. Plenty of time to relax before pictures. Huge shout out to Sarah, for working with my thinning, falling out hair making it have volume and just making my red POP! Thank you ladies for helping me be a bit more radiant! I got in touch with Tiffany last week after having a horrible experience at another salon for the hair trial for my wedding. I won't go into details, but it was bad. In a panic I began looking on Yelp for someone with good reviews and found Tiffany's page and saw beautiful photos of her work. I sent her an email letting her know the details of my wedding and within an hour. It must have been my lucky day because not only did she have an available slot for a hair trial on the following Friday, she also had just enough time on the day of my wedding that she could get us booked. I was looking for someone to help me with my hair it has been box dyed black for years and truly not ever serviced before I was going to a more natural blonde color so I was extremely nervous to go into a salon because of that so I did a lot of research and and thought I would give this place a go. I went here approximately one month ago for the very first time and Tiffany squeezed me into a Saturday appt which I was going to have my hair colored, cut, and styled in an up do. I also had my make-up done as I wanted to experiment prior to my daughter's wedding. I absolutely LOVED the color Tiffany dyed my hair with some auburn highlights! She discussed it all with me first and explained what would be best for my gray coverage because I told her I had a bad experience at a salon in Chandler. She then gave me a trim and then styled my hair in the up do that I showed her I wanted. Unfortunately my hair isn't holding a curl anymore so she told me when I have it done for my daughter's wedding in the northeast that I need to tell them to use a lot of hairspray. I thought long and hard about posting this since I hate giving negative reviews. Ultimately, I would hate for someone else to have the same experience I did when getting wedding hair done for myself and my bridal party. The experience would have been totally different if Tiffany Lynne had done her job thoroughly and looked at the pictures of my trial run before she arrived at my house. She and her crew arrived and got to work on everybody and the first three people of my nine women bridal party, they styled their hair exactly like mine was supposed to be: Half up, half down with a braid from the bangs to the back. It put me in a really awkward position. I could voice that I didn't want everyone's hair looking the same as mine and make my friends feel bad and get labeled a bridezilla, or I could wait to see how they styled the other 6 girls. Regardless, it created unnecessary stress on a day that I just wanted to enjoy. The styles started to vary, and I was ready to let it go until it was my turn in the chair and she asked me what we were doing for my hair. I PAID FOR A HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIAL MONTHS BEFORE TO FIGURE THAT OUT AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER KEEPING THE PHOTOS TO LOOK AT THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. She couldn't find the pictures from my hair trial and acted irritated and inconvenienced that I was upset that she hadn't kept them or bothered to look at them before I sat down to get my hair done on my wedding day. She kept asking questions about how we had done it in the trial, and I spent my entire getting ready time trying not to cry or scream. ALL Tiffany Lynne had to do was style my hair like the hair trial and kept my style unique from my party's hair. What bride wants someone with the EXACT same hair style as them in all their pictures? Instead, she was unprofessional and unprepared. She had one job and just had to do my hair like the hair trial and not stress me out on my wedding day, and she failed at both. I would never recommend anyone us her and her team for their wedding. read more

I was here for makeup and hair trial. My makeup lady was sweet and nice. She spent more time and very patience with me the entire trial. I would love to give her 5 stars. On the other hand, my hair trial was not pleasant. The hair when it came out wasn't bad but it is really not the way i want it. My hair lady doesn't seem like she interested in my concerns. All she did was followed the pinterest picture that i showed her. And she also work on another customer when i was there to. I want to try another style but when i look around she wasn't there. And she will charge me another $50 if i want another trial. Sorry, for me customer service is number one that i pay attention to. read more
