Then she proceeded to say that she isn't racist, but there are some white people who are white trash, and there are some Black people are *n-words* (except she said the actual word). I was so shocked, so disgusted. I told her she cannot say that word to me and that was not ok!! She said she didn't mean to offend, but the damage is done and I know who she is now. However, the girl who did my manicure gets a 1. I made it clear that my nails grow very slowly and break easily. I wanted barely any filing yet she filed them until they were nearly to the quick on three different fingers. They now hurt and it's near impossible to pick things up. I would be very careful when having your nails done and be sure the technician understands English. Clearly she had no idea what I had told. So disappointed and I actually could have done better myself at home. I will add another layer of coating tonight and hope this lasts for our 18 day trip.
