Awful. We ordered a taxi to meet us at Luton Airport but we were left stranded at the taxi pick-up area, despite our arriving by the pre-arranged time and waiting for well over an hour. Our numerous attempts to bring this non-delivery of service to Tiger Cars' attention were ignored. After three months of repeated email messages, phone calls, and other efforts on our part to communicate with them, we are still waiting for a response -- much less a refund of our prepaid fee of 108.50 pounds for ordering a taxi from them in the first place. I've used their taxis on numerous occasions but the company and their services are not up to standards. Today one of their drivers in a blue Volkswagen Touran tried to run me over. I was on the sidewalk near 600 Dunstable Road, Luton the driver reversed onto the footpath and on to the nearby resistance driveway. I was walking on the footpath and I ended up on the driveway. I rang the Taxi Base the said Call the Police they can't do anything. read more

A local Luton Taxi service, Tiger 24 Hour cars is good. I've found them to be quite a bit cheaper than other taxi services, however as a result they can also be quite a bit busier. The drivers are all friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They always take the most direct route - at least in my experience. read more

Decent enough taxi company with quick service and cheap prices. There are plenty of taxi companies in Luton and they don't differ that much, but these guys always seem to get a car to my flat within a few minutes, and I'm often surprised at how cheap they are. Recommended. read more

worst taxi company in luton, the staff are so rude and they sound so moody, The cabs that they sent was so bad as the car smelt so bad and the cab driver smelt so bad. Another time the cab driver was speaking in his own language during the whole journey which was so rude. read more

The worst service possible. They are horrible at customer service do not answer phones for hours in the morning. Rude drivers who act as if they are doing you a favor. Will never use them again.... I will pay extra to get a better service but never again will I ise these uneducated horrible ppl read more
