they picked up our lawnmower to fix it. They fixed it in a timely manner. However, this is where the problem starts. They promised to deliver it the first part of the next week. Then his truck broke down and was told we would be the first delivery when the truck was fixed. That did not happen. Then we were told they do not deliver in the rain. Then we were told we would have it the next day by noon and that did not happen. Then we were told it would be the next day and that did not happen either. That day turned into Monday. When it was delivered on Monday afternoon they did not even attempt to bring it down to the garage and left it half way up the driveway and then drove off. STAY AWAY from this family owned and operated business. They are rude, uncooperative and lack communication and customer service skills. Again stay away. read more

Tiger Cub is an amazing lawnmower repair and tune up shop. They may do other services but I can say this shop tuned up our Cub Cadet and made her SHINE!! I have had a great experience at Tiger Cub. We purchased a 50 inch Cub Cadet that they have serviced for about 10 years. They also have fixed many of the tools I bought at big box stores who don't service anything. They even rebuilt the engine of my 1956 Massey Tractor one winter. Bottom line- if you need something for your property or something fixed this is where you should start. While they certainly don't have the fanciest showroom, they do a great job taking care of their customers. read more

Came here to look for a zero turn. The new Ultima has great reviews so I wanted to try it out. They close at 6 and I walked in about 5:30. The owner greeted me and asked me which one I was looking for. Handed me a key and let me test ride it. Decided I was going to go for it so I purchased the Ultima ZT1 with a 50 inch deck. I was informed they offer free local delivery with purchase so we drove it over to his trailer and loaded it up with another mower. I asked him what time tomorrow he would deliver it so I could go home on my lunch break, he said oh I'll deliver it right now (6:30pm) He delivered the other mower first then came over to my house to drop mine. What amazing service, I was in shock of how much pride they take in their customer service. Will definitely refer anyone looking for a zero turn to go talk to these folks. This business has gone downhill in a big way since the "son" has taken over. I have had warranty work done there and had to return it twice because it wasn't done correctly. He has the personality of a prison guard and will tell you one thing and then do another. His one strength is that he is good for the competition. read more
