Do not hire tiger fencing. They are very unprofessional, lack of communication skills, shows up when they want to! The owner Taylor says he will address issues but never shows up, his wife and unskilled worker comes and doesn't address any of the issues. Do not use this company! I wish I had done more research before I hired them to take down my fence and replace it. The original fence was old, but it was definitely better than what they have done. When I first contacted Tiger Fencing for an estimate, the lady was very friendly. They came quickly and communicated that day with an estimate. I signed the contract which stated the day that the work was supposed to begin. Once the contract was signed, all communication stopped. The day that they were supposed to begin got closer and closer, and I didn't hear anything. I tried to contact them, but there was no communication. I should have canceled the job and gotten my deposit back when they didn't start on time. Unfortunately, I was polite and understanding. I never knew when they were coming to work or who they were sending There was absolutely NO communication. People would randomly show up to work, and then no one would come again for days. It was difficult to get any idea on when the job would be completed. The day they finally came to complete the job was my son's birthday. We already had a full day planned, and I wasn't home. When they "finished", suddenly I was being bombarded with messages and calls about submitting my final payment. I stated that I would be happy to pay once I was home and saw that the job was completed to my satisfaction; however, I would not be home until much later in the evening. Apparently that was not an acceptable answer. I continue to be harassed. The owner, Taylor, who had never communicated with me before and hadn't come to oversee the work, began sending some very unkind messages about how I needed to go ahead and pay. I reiterated that I wanted to see that the work was completed to my satisfaction. When I got home it was already dark out and it was later in the evening. The first thing that I noticed was that the old fence had not been cleaned up. There was still a large mess. When I let them know that I wouldn't pay until the old fence was cleaned up (I didn't consider the job completed), they told me that they were planning on coming that evening to get it cleaned up. It was dark so it was very difficult to actually see the fence, but I immediately noticed that there were several split boards. When Taylor came, he was very rude. He told me that I had forced those men away from their families to clean up my yard. (So apparently they weren't planning on coming to clean up the fence...) He stated that he has put up tons of fences, and has never had an unhappy customer. He was so unkind that he had me in tears. He said they would replace the boards, but my expectations were too high and that we had to pay that day. In hindsight, I shouldn't have let him bully me into paying at that moment. It has been 6 months, and the fence looks horrible! I was actually contacted after the job was completed by another neighbor, who also had a very bad experience with Tiger Fencing. we have several warped and broken fence boards. Horrible Experience, Dishonest, and Unprofessional As a first-time homebuyer, I hired Tiger Fencing Co. to refinish the hardwood floors in my century home. I shared photos of the spots needing repairs, and they quoted $3k, with the owner, Justin, saying additional repairs would most likely be in the hundreds, not thousands. From beginning to end, this was a horrible experience. Communication: They no-showed three times and had the audacity to ask me not to text daily for updates, even though they were a week behind schedule and made zero effort to communicate when they'd show up. Dishonesty and Lack of Integrity: They required a $1,500 deposit, saw the entire floor before starting, and midway through, jacked the price up to $7k, claiming the repair spots were 400 sqft (when a different professional verified it was no more than 75 sqft). They refused to send pictures with measurements, even though they promised to multiple times. They didn't use the wet sanding or chemical stripping they originally mentioned, and instead used cheap $10 Home Depot sanders. They also pulled up more original wood than needed. Poor Work and Cleanup: They barely sanded a small portion of one room, then dumped the carpet over the railing and left. I told them to stop work but asked that they at least clean the floors and remove all staples and tack strips. They didn't complete the cleanup, nor did they haul the carpet away. Daylight Robbery: In the end, they did minimal work, left the house in worse condition, and ghosted me when I asked for measurements. Danielle was nice, but in the end, she too stopped responding. As much as I want to ask for a refund, I know I won't get it. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. TL;DR: Tiger Fencing Co. is dishonest, unprofessional, and does poor work. They raised the price mid-project, lied about repair sizes, and left the job unfinished. I know their new to fencing business so I wasn't expecting much and they even recomend not to hire them which i should have listen to the owner (taylor hudnall) but was definitely disappointed with the job. Tiger fencing co. Would come out on the first day to take out the previous fence, then would take multiple weeks to come out and do the fence. Always have excuse why they are not able to come out and do the fence. (Photo attached). They said they have 30 other clients that's why they are too busy for us. There is warranty (photo attached) but only for $500 or less repairs and only weather, natural disasters, acts of God, other natural related damages, misuse, alterations. Disgusting behavior and Amateur work! We hired Tiger fencing to remove old chain link fencing and install 8ft privacy fence. I wish we had listened to the bad reviews but sadly we didn't. There was no communication the entire job and we constantly had to ask when they are coming. Which I had been in and out of the hospital with a baby and dogs it's was getting difficult walking them everyday, but we tried to be understand due to the weather. The one time they did show up to work they told us after lunch but no exact time was ever said. We were at the store when they showed up to work and kicked a breaker while they were working. They messaged us saying we would be charged extra because they couldn't work and we weren't home to fix it. Danielle called and said it was common knowledge that they would have use our electric and water to work on the fence. She said I wouldn't be charged if I go home but would if I didn't. I said I was on my way home but would not be paying extra for something that wasn't communicated to us. When I arrive Taylor was there and said he didn't have to tell me a time when he was coming... yet I needed to be home? He said it's common knowledge he needed my electric to work even though that wasn't communicated to us at all. He claimed it was in the contract we sign which it is NOT. I guess as someone having their first fence built I should've just known. Taylor was very aggressive and tried to belittle me in my driveway asking about my business and if I ever watched a commercial or movie of people doing construction. His hands started shaking when I mentioned the bad reviews I should have listened to and he tried to show us his herald leader award or something which he now said he wasn't angry he has tremors. He did come and apologize to me and said he had been busy as if that was an excuse for how he spoke to me. My fence looks like the first one they ever built and they threw tons of dirt into our trash so the trash company wouldn't take it. There's wood and trash all behind the fence and was in my fire pit. They bolted the fence to our deck without communicating that to us and are still making excuses for that. I did refuse for them to come back on my property because of their rude behavior and unprofessional. Please don't help keep these horrible people in business! I hired Tiger Fencing based on the positive reviews that were posted online at the time. I now realize they HAD to be writing them. I got an estimate, he sent his wife to do it because he was "too busy". The work is sub-par at best, just thrown-up and left my yard full of piles of the previous concrete footers. When it came time to finish the job, he claimed there was no mention of a gate in the estimate, so it would be $900 more. I told his wife I wanted everything replaced exactly as it was before. This is the game they play. Negotiated down to $650 just to get a gate and the latch fell off three weeks later because he was too lazy to drill tap holes in the 2x4 before installing it. Contacted them about it never heard back. Also, he tried to fight me when I questioned the added charge for a gate that was plainly discussed prior to the estimate. Just avoid, don't bother... he's a garbage human being and you'll only end up with headaches you don't want/need. read more

I just wish I had read these before losing $1,000 on this group of inept, unprofessional, dishonest people. We had the exact same experiences I see others complaining about with Tiger Fencing in talking to Taylor and Danielle, among others. Terrible customer service, no interest in solving any of the problems that they create or contribute to - so very different than we've found in working with contractors, painters, landscapers and others in this community. Not sure where to begin, but if you are looking for a fencing company, then keep looking. We hired Tiger Fencing to install a 6 foot privacy vinyl fence for us in mid January. It took them 4 grueling months to complete the project in April. We were promised that it would be finished in two days max. It took several calls and emails to get them to finish the job, and Taylor was very rude and condescending stating that he has bigger projects that are higher paying and he will get to our fence when he gets to it. When I stated that the contract says it will be completed in two days, Taylor responded stating that it's his contract and he will do whatever he wants with it. So, just because you make a contract with them that doesn't mean they will honor it. As far as the fence, it's horrible. It wobbles when you lean against it, it's crooked, and looks like it was installed by an unprofessional. Wrong parts were ordered (like end posts, gate) and installed even though they were the wrong parts and they admitted that they just installed them knowing they were wrong because the project was already delayed for 4 months and they were just trying to finish it. When we had the strong winds on July 1, 2022 half of the fence blew away. And sadly only our fence did that, and we have several neighbors with fences and no one had issues with their fence. I tried to call and email Tiger Fencing to get it fixed, no one ever responded to the calls and emails. I have contacted the city regarding their work, filed a complaint to the BBB, and working on taking legal actions against them. If you want good communication, honesty, professional quality work and attention to detail, look elsewhere. If you value your property, look elsewhere. Avoid Tiger Fencing. I've never experienced a more unprofessional company and such poor quality work. We got a new fence and deck. The fence is fine, other than some sharp nails sticking through the wood that I asked repeatedly to trim and they would not. The screws that were actually trimmed I found all over the yard, on the driveway and on the patio. Pieces of metal everywhere. Oh yeah the staining...I thought they could at least get that right. Uneven, blotchy and runs/drips. They somehow got plenty of it on our garage siding and yard. Drastically uneven steps and railing. A 7" difference from the top and bottom, quite noticeable. They ruined a portion of our patio and some siding...the mess they will leave behind...the complete lack of attention to detail...ignored requests to fix or repair something. I have plenty of pictures to back everything up, I could fill up a photo album of examples of their poor quality work. I documented everything from start to finish. There is nothing professional or quality about Tiger Fencing. The kicker for me was getting blamed for their shortcomings and mistakes. Actually telling me we should have built our patio right. It was built just fine, we had landscapers advice on that project. Unbelievable. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. A good legitimate company would own their mistakes. They would fix the issues instead of agree to do them and then ignore it, or just blame you. They wouldn't destroy property. If you read their responses to other complaints there is a consistent pattern, it's easy to see that responsibility is not a priority for them. I have no doubt my point here will be proven with any forthcoming response. They will justify, blame and deflect. Off the charts levels of unprofessionalism. Now we have to spend more money to finish the project and make sure it's done right. I chalked this one up as a lesson learned. A great example of you get what you pay for. Two companies actually came out and wrote estimates, but wouldn't return calls when I wanted to hire them. I had pretty much given up on a fence until I found Tiger Fence. They responded quickly, came out in a matter of days and wrote a fair estimate. They helped me through the HOA approval process and started work on time and finished quickly. My husband and I just had the worst experience with Tiger Fencing. We have 2 dogs, an 8 month old child, and a cat we let go to the backyard. My husband requested a fence, which would have no openings at the bottom to keep the dogs, our child and cat from getting to New Circle Rd. Not only did this Company leave openings at the bottom, they called my husband a liar and refused to fix it. My husband stopped payment on the check and after FOUR TIMES of not showing up to fix the fence. They finally sent someone. This Company was very unprofessional. Outside of the name calling, they left our yard a mess, destroyed the grass, and left nails throughout the yard. Now my husband has to finish the fence himself. I wish he had hired A&W Fencing. They are more experienced and professional. Do not take my word for it, just look on BuildZoom.com and compare the companies. Our best advice if you are going to go with Tiger fencing is to make sure you have a specific written contract. Also, use your own judgment of what looks good for your fence. Do not choose tiger fencing to build or repair a fence. They did not follow through on anything promised and signed for in the contract. When we contacted the owner to discuss the "finished" project we were yelled at and told that it was our fault these weren't completed because the fence was not our ownership (which it is). Fence boards were left in the yard for multiple days which killed the grass. Fence posts were not even and the "repair" of several sections looks like a toddler did it. The owner is a terrible communicator: rude, difficult, unforgiving, and unprofessional. He harassed us for weeks and yelled at us when we were just asking questions and wanted the things completed that were promised. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Definitely do not recommend and hope no one has to go through the experience they put us through. this company put up a fence for us a year and a half ago and it is already rotting and falling apart. my experience with tiger fencing was horrible from the beginning. they left a huge mess when they "finished" the job. scrap wood covered our yard, nails and cigarettes were scattered everywhere, and they left huge piles of concrete and mud that killed the grass. we reached out to them at the time and they originally said they would clean it up and then never showed, and then when we reached out again, we were told that clean up wasn't included. not long after it was built, the wooden gate started buckling and we reached out to have them fix it and they kept putting it off and giving us the run around and then never came back. we ended up having to replace pieces to keep it together. it's been a year and a half and they never came back and now our entire fence is falling apart. they didn't use treated wood on the posts and they're all rotting. we reached out to an employee who said he would come by and then never showed. we have reached out to the owner and tried calling the office multiple times and we get no answer (the one time that he did respond he was rude and unprofessional). we spent thousands of dollars on a fence that didn't last 2 years. do not use this company. you won't have a standing fence for long. read more
