I have waited almost a year to write this review to try to get my facts correct my frustrations…read moreresolved. I hired Inman Prowash to powerwash, and paint my deck for $2800. when rotten boards were discovered Mike charged another $400 to replace about 20 feet of the deck. Joey, was doing the painting and repair work and when he was unable to match the color of the deck paint, which was Lowe's paint not Sherwin Williams, he asked if I had any of the original. There was about a half gallon left. He then used the poor quality paint to touch up, not paint the full deck. When the poor quality paint began to crack again 6 months later, Mike sent Joey back. He could not find a record of the paint he put on my deck at Sherwin Williams because he had not purchased it there. My husband and I tried to match it with the Lowe's paint at Home Depot and purchased thick deck paint. Joey painted the worst peeling planks and realized the colors didn't match. I had a stripped deck. When Joey first looked at the deck he said it needed power washing when he thought Mike was charging me, but when Mike told him to touch it up, he just scraped the bird poop off and moved on. I expressed my frustration to Mike who politely and dismissive. I gave up. My 82 year old husband spent an hour early every morning, before it got hot and his energy gave out, painting the deck. I like Mike, but I am so disappointed in how he handled this job. I'm sure the power washing is fine but would not recommend them for repairs.
