Additional glue was found on the windshield wipers, on the surface of the windshield, the paint surrounding the windshield, and the plastic trim accordingly. They were more expensive than safelite by 120 bucks but I thought I'd receive a better experience because they were a family owned business. Luckily with rubbing alcohol everything except the fabric cleaned off okay.

So far we are on hour 76 with no refund. The guy came and installed my windshield with no hiccups. The windshield that they replaced mine with was great quality and looked identical to my original glass. The only problem I had was that the guy who did the install didn't seem like he liked his job, but more as just a job. I know that's not a big player as it doesn't represent the entire company, but thats the only problem I had during my entire experience. I did have to call Safelite back because it seemed like the windshield was not flush with the frame, but it seems like it's just because it hasn't sat in the sun long enough. Regardless, it did not leak nor did I have any air leakage. I call that a job well done!
