the staff is very nice. I bought a set of four tires and had them installed today. 3/8/24 the tires are new just under two years old, but I got them at a great price. I will Definately be doing business with them in the future. They are busy there so don't expect to get in and out in 15 minutes or so, but the wait time was no longer than any other place. I have use Ross before but will not be going back. I went Friday for an oil change and air conditioner fix. the guy at the counter told me they could only do the oil change because only have the staff had shown up. when I picked it up that afternoon, I asked if I needed an appointment for air conditioner to get fixed. I was told just to bring it in. Well it's Monday at 8:30 am and I' m dropping it off for the air conditioner to get fixed. I have not heard from Ross all day. I came at 4:45pm to pick up my car. it is in the same spot I left it in. No one had even looked at it and the bearded tells the lady at the desk they won't get to it today. If you did NOT want my business, you could have just told me this morning and I would have happily taken my vehicle elsewhere. I received excellent service from Ross Tire and Service this morning. My vehicle was failing to start on a regular basis, so I called yesterday to see if I could make an appointment to bring it in and have it checked out. They told me that I did not need to make an appointment. I had to have roadside assist come to jump start it at my house, just so I could get it into the shop. When I arrived at the shop and turned off the vehicle, the battery died again and completely locked up. I was literally locked/confined in my car. There was no charge at all. The key fob could not even be detected to open the car. I called the service desk to inform them of my unfortunate predicament. The attendant came outside and helped to guide me through steps/suggestions to help get me out of the vehicle and gave the battery a second jump to get it back to the garage. Fortunately, the vehicle just needed a new battery. The staff was kind and patient. Service was fast and effective. I have visited Ross on multiple occasions over the years and typically have a positive experience and receive personable service. read more

I've heard some complaints that these guys have phantom diagnoses of your vehicle in order to make more money off of you. In my experience they have told me of issues that I have with my truck and other shops didn't find those issues. But all in all, they've done oil changes for me a few times and all of that was fair and good work. read more

I have used Ross Tire for many years, and I depend on them for honest and fair evaluations. They will not do work that is not needed. They will recommend work that is needed to keep your car safe. They will also treat men and women the same, in other words, they will not take advantage of a single woman bringing in a vehicle. I highly recommend them. read more

About an hour ago I called to set an appointment because my vehicle wouldn't start and had the worse experience ever. I noticed that Firestone was attached to "Ross Tires" on google so I called. A younger guy answered the line. He was not polite. He answered and said "Ross Tires". I asked if he is affiliated with Firestone. He refused to answer and kept asking if he can help me? I told him yes he can help me if this is Firestone. He told me he is Ross Tires. I explained the reason why I was asking is because I have an account with Firestone so wanted to make sure they were affliated. Two minutes into the call I decided to hang up because he still would not verify if this was Firestone or not. So unprofessional and so rude--they will never get my business. read more

I bought Firestone tires 3 months ago (no problem with the tires. Ross tires did not manufacture them) bought road hazard on all for $12 per tire. Then with less than 1000 miles on tires I clipped a curb and blew out front driver tire. No problem I have road hazard warranty right? Not at this place it seems that if One hit a pothole it would be covered but not if one hits a curb it is not, because it an 'accident' . We'll to me all flat tires are 'accidents' no one means to hit a hazard it just happens! They got their money this time ($171) for doing nothing more than splitting hairs! We'll they lost a good customer! And I am number 14 of15 siblings in my family and I have over 70 nieces and nephews who all drive vehicles and will all hear about this!!! Can I choose no stars?? As a woman on the road alone, I need reliable transportation. I knew I needed an alignment and did so when I purchased 4 new tires. A year later, and less than 10,000 miles, I need 2 more tires, because my car happen to come "unaligned". Even though I produced a valid receipt of all the work done. "Or allegedly done" They would not warrenty their work, and we're very aggressive to sell me two more tires! REALLY!! They talk a good game, but don't be fooled!! read more
