My hair grew back in very tight curls and I didn't know how to manage it, since I've always had wavy hair. Bethany trimmed it and gave great suggestions for styling. She is very knowledgable and talented in her craft! Plus, she's a caring, compassionate lady. Added bonus, COVID protocols are observed in this salon.

I'm sorry but seven hours is just unacceptable. I will definitely not be back, although the prices were affordable and the staff was kind. Just giving honest feedback - customers will not put up with this and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place.

I made a same day appointment with Liz to fix an outgrown/orangey color job, and my sister needed her hair colored. Liz was great at making me feel comfortable, explaining every step, and explaining realistic expectations. She made a point to get to know me and my hair which is really reassuring. Not to mention, she kept me in the loop every time she needed to leave my side to grab a product or towel. I really appreciated that! Its good to know what step in the process you're in and what she has to do next. I have a lot of hair, and for the first time, my stylist did not complain about how much hair I had. I was eventually contacted by management via a response to my google review basically saying the stylist are independent contractors and there is nothing she can do.
