The service at this studio was GREAT! I booked three services here for the first time to spoil myself for my birthday and I had such a good experience with each! I got a lash lift by Sarah and a spray tan by Claire and now I will be addicted!! Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence! It lasted a full 10 days for me and I loved it! My eyelashes are also amazing and it is so nice to wake up in the morning with a lift already done! My husband has noticed them and loves the look as well! I will be a lash lift client for life now! I had never had a spray tan or lash lift prior to this experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! I got my hair done the day before by Lilly and she was incredible! For context I have brown hair and I've gotten two different balayage treatments done to make it much lighter in the last 6 months by different hair dressers. First time getting a spray tan where someone actually does it. I was a little nervous at first but decided to do it. The decor and whole studio itself is just beautiful. It has a rustic whimsical vibe and I like it!! The hair and eyebrow studio is up front and the spray tan is in the back. In the waiting area, there is a complimentary drink bar. I decided to get a spray tan done for my wedding. Brandy the owner did my tan. I didn't know she was the owner at first and was thrilled she was doing my tan. She was super sweet and professional. She made me feel very comfortable. Tan process took about 10 minutes. She told me what was the best tone for me and I agreed. She did every nook and cranny on my body. The spray part was a little cold but not a big deal for me. The scent wasn't bad either. I was surprised about how tan i was. If you get a spray tan, make sure you read the pre instructions and after instructions! That is very important. My tan lasted for almost a week and looked natural. This is the place to go. I actually used the Downtown location, but I don't think they have a Yelp page setup yet. I got my first-ever spray tan at the Browning Studio with Brandi Browning and have gotten more since! Brandi is fantastic and an absolute artist. She will answer all of your questions and will explain each step of the process if you are a newbie. I felt so comfortable and reassured that my tan would tan out just like I wanted. I found the prices of the different tans offered to be very reasonable. The studio also offers packages of you are a frequent tanner. My tan lasted over two weeks and I didn't even moisturize or take care of it as much as I should have because of my crazy work schedule. The studio itself is a beautiful, clean space. The tanning rooms have spaces for you to store your belongings and there is a sitting area for you to wait in if you get there early. New to the area and lost on where to go for a haircut I turned to Yelp and booked an appointment with Jessica. She was fantastic and the studio was cool and laid back. They had wine or coffee while you wait in their lounge area. Jessica was friendly, quick, and skilled! I had a consultation, shampoo, cut, and style in about 30-40 minutes. I didn't feel rushed at all though. Jessica and I chatted while she did my hair. She's friendly and fun! I loved my cut and style. She did a great job shaping up my layers and still leaving most of the length. She also tamed my curls into a fabulous straight style that really showed off the new do! I was set up with Elizabeth, sweet, southern charming, friendly, professional, personable, and honest! I'm not a real high maintenance person, but I do want my hair to look presentable, like most women, so a bad hair day is a bad day!!! I walked in nervous that I may once again walk out hating my cut and highlights. Elizabeth's personality put me at ease right away. She asked me lots of questions as to what I really want, and what was realistic with my hair type. Visited on a business trip and came right after arriving at the airport and picking up my rental car. I had a cut scheduled with Robyn. She was really nice and accomodating. I mentioned I wish there was time for color and she actually had a cancellation so was able to fit me in. She ended up having to shampoo me twice since we were already halfway through my cut. She was very cool about it. Cut was standard as I only got a trim. Very chill atmosphere, nice waiting area and good prices. Would definitely recommend. read more

I went in for a consultation, I said I had cut all my hair off to remove color and was looking to blend grey. The colorist stated she understood but explained how she is going to put in multiple shades of brown in my hair. When I voiced my concern of a harsh grow line and my hair grows quickly, she waved it off saying well it won't be noticeable for a few weeks then we will do it again. Frankly, ignoring the customer is exactly why I haven't been to a salon in 10 years. You're telling me you refuse to listen and will ruin my hair and progress made. How disappointing. Additionally I scheduled the consultation and no one could bother to great me or me friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and BEWARE that the colorists do not listen. Simply terrifying, most women have pride in their hair and will be devastated if ruined or progress is lost due to an ignorant stylist. I feel I avoided a disaster and continued bad treatment. From the day I booked my appointment for a color correction she was so focused on fixing what I couldn't and explaining in detail how she was going to fix it. It made me so much more comfortable about the process since it was my first time going to a new hair stylist since moving from NY. I warned her I'm a bit of a crazy person when it comes to my hair and she assured me that she completely understood. She stayed extra late past closing time to finish my color and style.
