Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

Anthony's communication was the best I have ever experienced with a contractor. He showed up when he said he would, and if anything needed to change he called or notified me right away. He also worked with me to make sure the final product matched what I had in mind. At one point he even stopped and redid part of the work because he felt it was not up to his standards, which says a lot about the pride he takes in his work. The finished carport is sturdy, well built, and looks like it belongs in the backyard. It feels much more premium than the cost would suggest. After comparing prices with prebuilt carport kits at Home Depot, I know I ended up with a far better product for a fair price. I would absolutely hire Anthony and his team again, and I plan to have them back in a few months to paint it. There were also other problems with the work. Tile around my bathtub was removed to inspect a faucet and was never put back, and one of the fence pickets that was repaired has already fallen off. Before leaving this review, I contacted the business through Yelp to give them one final opportunity to address these issues. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of follow-through and communication. I simply wanted the work I paid for to be completed or the $40 refunded, but neither happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

He is always around, is highly schooled and an expert on the different grades and brands of Shingles, and most impressive, Keith uses just one crew for his residential work! That speaks volumes as most roofers use whatever crew is avaliable. When it came time to pay them, the estimate number was exactly what we paid. It is difficult to say how much we value and appreciate the workers and the job they did without sounding like we are exaggerating. We aren't. We trust them. Even had the gall to say that despite it leaking, it is not a workmanship or materials issue. Two other contractors both stated that they would like to do the repairs and gain some additional work, but they were sure that this should be covered by the contractor warranty. I ended having to pay ~$1450 to fix something that they messed up. We discovered several areas where corners were cut. Needless to say, I do not recommend Pro Construct Roofing.
