If you're someone who has a crisp idea of what you want and prefer to shop in peace, you may find unwanted company. However, the passion the associates have to meet your exacting vision knows no bounds. On more than one occasion I've found myself texting/emailing with an associate regarding the most frivolous of products such as cufflinks. I just happened to see the big consignment sign near the street on Lancaster Ave as I was driving by and I made a "U" turn. I didn't know it was Charmingly Linda's, but I'm glad I found it again. This is a nice store. It is not glamorous (though I think they are trying). The clothes are down to earth clothing, not much stuff for the younger crowd. Mostly they stock women's clothing, shoes, bags, accessories. They have a very small men's department. When I was there they had a huge selection of Vera Bradley bags. It is hit or miss. One thing many may not know is that Linda's husband sells things on E-bay. With the population aging, there are more and more people who need this service. I will go back from time to time cause I like to see what's there. I've gotten slacks, tops and a raincoat in the past. Best of luck thrifting.
