Never make the mistake I made! It's better to pay more money elsewhere. Just this pas Monday I ordered over $3,000 worth of supplied that I needed ASAP; so I paid about $41 for "send day delivery". Yesterday I waited for my package all day, nothing. When I when to their site to track my order since I hadn't received any shipping info in my email, it said unshipped on the site. I called and a lady told me that it had been shipped, I asked how come I had not received a confirmation with tracking number; she said it must have been a mistake and that she would send it to me. Over the phone she told me that the carrier was Fedex; when I received the email, it said the carrier was UPS; however there was no tracking number. Have anyone aver shipped an item via UPS without tracking number? I don't think so. So she was probably lying because the item never arrived yesterday. I am so pissed right now, I just called them a few minutes ago to cancel the order and hope to get my money back very soon; otherwise it's going to be another problem. read more

Their hold message (which you'll get to listen to a lot) says that they ship stuff same day. After 10 days, my order was still not shipped. I was able to get someone on the phone and they said they would expedite the order for me. 3 days later their system was still not showing that it was shipped. i wanted to cancel my order but all my calls to both customer service and to sales went to the same woman's voicemail. She didn't return my calls or emails to cancel the order and instead finally shipped the part after I had already ordered it elsewhere and just sent me an email saying "sorry, your order couldn't be canceled" read more

Terrible C/S. I ordered a Nikon Ax-2s transit from them and it arrived new in the box, I believe, in a reasonable time frame. After a few months I unpackaged it to use on a construction project and found it to be defective out of the box. No cross hairs visible. Their response to my inquiry as to my problem was that " I ordered something that did not fit my needs." What the heck does that mean its a transit!!!! I just need one that works. And secondly they stated that I should consider re-selling it. Really a transit with no visible cross hairs in the sight glass. Why would I sell a useless yet brand new product to someone else? Last Dec. 28th I ordered a $750. laser level for my son. They said it would take 4-5 days for delivery. They didn't even mail it until Jan. 10th. On the 18th the package was delivered to my address instead of my son. Ok, honest mistake. I notified them that I wanted a shipping label so I could ship the package that I received to my son but he had moved and gave them his new address. The new label was emailed to us a couple of days later with his old address. I again requested a new label but wanted over night shipping ( the least they could do ) Today I was emailed a new label ( not overnight ) I dropped the package off to UPS today Jan 25th. He will not get it until Feb. 1st !! I tried to call Tiger supplies but could not get a hold of a live person. When I left a message to my email person, her voice mail said that she would be out of the office the 1st couple of days of Oct. This is Jan. !! I bought two 360 Prisms and one of them came broken. It had been dropped (You could tell due to the giant dent on one of the bottom corners) and so there were chips throughout all the glass. It was also missing all the packaging when I received it so I am still wondering if maybe they sent me someone else's return? Anyway, when I called to return it, I got a great customer service agent who told me I could send pictures to his supervisor, Chaya. I sent them immediately through email, and when I still hadn't heard back from them for 2 days, I called. They hadnt received it so I tried again and they were having issues on their end so they agreed to ship me a replacement with a return label in the box. Two weeks later (on a Tuesday) I called Chaya to see where my package was and she put me on hold to call Fedex. She told me they were delayed and that it would be here today. When it still wasn't here by Friday, I called Chaya again and she said it would be here today. I asked for the tracking number and it ends up the label hadn't even been made until Wednesday! It was also USPS, not Fedex. I must have reminded her when I called! All of this hasn't even mentioned the immense amount of attitude the entire time! It was a horrible experience. Especially when they tried to offer me a 10% discount which was a special they were having for everyone at the time anyway.... When I finally received the replacement a month after I had requested it, it didn't even have a return label in the box. I will never be purchasing from Tiger Supplies again. My company spends about $2,000 a month on this site as well so I didn't think some good customer service was too much to ask for! read more

Like many of the others here, Tiger Supply did not ship the item when promised. I had a large order with 16 items. I placed the order February 13. I have received six boxes so far all shipped at different dates. This Monday will be the 5th of March and two of the items still have not shipped. The web site states the items would ship in 3 to 5 business days. It stated the same shipping times when I bought it too. Their emails state nothing about what was shipped, it just simply shows my entire order as being complete and shipped. They do have good prices, but terrible organization in regards to letting their customers know what has shipped and what is back ordered. read more

I received a defective laser that was manufactured (in China) 4 years earlier. The (included batteries were dead) and the laser level 'line' was too dim to see. I could not reach Tiger Supplies by phone, left a message and no return call. I received an email that said to send it to the manufacturer at my expense. I did and it came back from CST/Berger repair center STILL defective. This time it was the plumb line that was dim. I emailed Tiger Supplies again and I got the same 'canned' email response. Send it back to the service center for repair...at my expense. No way am I going to again pay shipping to get it repaired (maybe). Tiger Supplies has terrible customer service, at least in my case. I just don't understand the big deal, it is defective so replace it. There is no way a customer should have to pay shipping two times on a defective purchase to try and get it repaired. Tiger Supplies also won't answer or return a phone call. I would warn against anyone doing business with Tiger Supplies judging from my experience with them. I know I am done with them! read more

"This company stole my money. They shipped me the wrong product so I refused shipment. The total charge was $700, they only refunded me back $265. They charged me shipping to and from along with a 15% restocking fee. They were able to get around the loop holes so I could not dispute it with the credit card company. I told them, If I knew there would only refund that much, I would have just taken the shipment. I told them to just give me the item and they told me no. SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!
