Susan, the lead agent, does not wish to be bothered with anything that requires knowledge or effort. The agency would not help me submit a claim and would not help me in navigating a difficult claim. I thought that was the advantage of an independent agent, that they worked for the client. Shopping for renewals was done with no attention to detail. They gave a renewal quote that said I was at fault in a car accident. I was struck from.behind(not at fault). I was told I had to pursue correcting it through DMV, which was incorrect info. I wasted hours only to find out that the info was in an insurance claims reporting database that my carrier could, and did, fix. The bad stories go on.
