A few months later it increased slightly. I am also a veteran and nursing. I received a discount of some sort at that time. Just last month they have added an increase of more than 80.00 a month to my unit. I can't even get a good explanation as to why this humungous increase in fees. 173.00 I was asked to pay. Mind you I am not in state so I can't just go grab my things. What type of business practice is this. Never again will I rent a unit with this company. Potential renters BEWARE OF PRICE INCREASES.

The price offered online was not valid, the "free lock" promo had ended and the monthly cost was more than was stated online. The guy said, "Sorry ma'am, that's just how it is sometimes." After reading the contract and seeing they are in clear violation of the terms I asked to start arbitration and they have stone walled any effort for mediation. There is no way to contact public storage corporate that I can find, other than a chat. Chat just said someone will call but, considering my interaction with the surly staff on site I don't hold much hope. I'm shocked they are still in business.
