Today I had a wonderful experience with a gentlemen from Dun Rite Towing. His name is Teddy. I was at Buccees in Florence, SC, about 3 hours from home, when my windshield wiper blade on the driver's side flew off. And of course it was raining. Before I could park & retrieve it, several trucks & vehicles ran over it and broke it in several pieces. I called AAA and prayed that the Lord would give me a solution since AAA doesn't handle such things. I was told they'd call a tow truck & have me towed to an auto parts store to purchase one. Teddy from Dun Rite Towing called me & I explained the situation. He went to O'Reilly Auto Parts, bought the wiper blade with his own money and came and put it on for me. I only had $7 cash on me as I usually don't carry cash. He said it was on sale and they gave him a discount so it only cost $7. Thank you Jesus for answering this prayer by way of an extraordinary tow truck driver. Thank you Teddy for your kindness. You were my angel today. We couldn't be more happier with the response and service from Dun Rite Towing co Especially with Buddy! We broke down on a major highway and they responded rapidly. Our safety was their priority! Buddy knew what he was doing and jumped right in to get us off the side of road. We had a long way to go and they were able to transport our truck and trailer as well as us 400 miles all while being very tentative to our transport. We highly recommend this co and Buddy for anyone in need. We are outer staters and this never happened to us before , but someone was looking out for us. Dun Rite has the right name. I called got quick professional and very polite service from the concierge and then Teddy came through with a quickness to tow my car. I was expecting to have to wait at least a couple of hours the whole process from calling to schedule the tow and having it towed to my house didnt even take an hour. Austin was absolutely amazing! He came promptly to pick up me and my 2 kids from the side of the road and drove us 2 1/2 hours to the mechanic destination for my car. Fast and friendly service. Had a tire change issue and they were quick to respond and had it changed in a matter of minutes. Lug nuts were really tight and body weight could not move them. They came with an impact wrench and easily removed them. read more
