He completed the application with me over the phone the day before I needed auto insurance and I was able to get next-day coverage. During our many calls, I had several interruptions where he was kept on hold or I had to call him back. He was extremely patient during it all. Just got out of the phone with Carlos and even thought I have Allstate in another location. I call them because my local Agency couldn't answer or help me understand on how car insurance works. After I, myself made some research. I decide to call this agency to make a better understanding and after Carlos answered he was able to help with any question I had. He didn't ask any of my information until I was able to understand. I just have to say that if you ever what a great car insurance and have questions. I suggest you go to Carlos. looking for a trustworthy insurance agency nowadays is definitely not an easy task. with all these crooked brokerages that charge you an arm and a leg to start up, shopping for car insurance can get a little hectic. Was driving home when I noticed this office and I actually needed to get insurance and all I can say is the customer service is more then expected , normally I expect to just sit down and tell some robot what I need and get a price and leave but I was treated like an individual here and the environment was not so "cold" and other insurance companies I've dealt with and the man I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful as well , he wasn't just rushing to get the sale he was taking the time to know me and MY specific situation and show me what's best and not necessarily most expensive .
