The product is cheaply made in Mexico, and after 7+ months and multiple corrections, our motorized blinds still don't work properly When we asked for a reasonable discount due to the ongoing issues, PAM OLDFIELD (the owner) called us "freeloaders" and claimed we were "just trying to get something for free" Pam was reassured we would pay the balance of 4200.00 + in full when they are installed and working. Pam then placed an unauthorized charge on our credit card -- even though the job remains incomplete. They asked if i would give the motorized shade a chance to straighten out and work so I did. Pam did not confirm their next appointment as we requested so we made other plans. Pam was cautioned that i do not authorize her to use my credit card. There were not repeated attempts to resolve this. There was one unconfirmed visit. Between the product quality, poor communication, and billing issues -- avoid this business. Not worth the hassle. Fun fact- her adult grandson wanted to fix one of the issues by putting duct tape on the valance. Interesting how you found this post but ignore emails and texts to complete the job.

They came out and did everything they could to figure out what was going on. We ended up having to replace the everything, (it was old) but I appreciate that that wasn't their first suggestion. As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. I found window world to be very competitive in their pricing, especially considering their excellent lifetime warranty. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. They didn't even mind if I looked over their shoulder, a little bit, just out of curiosity of how all this worked. Now the windows look amazing, it just changes how each room and the whole house looks. I hope to not do this project over again anytime soon. The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

The manufacturer backs up the warranty as we found out. One of the screens had a fault, so Dusty of Mid-del contacted the company. In a few days, a company rep showed up at our house and installed a replacement screen. I can't say enough about Mid-del. They were fast. They cleaned up after each window. They took down all the curtains and blinds and put them back up. They even fixed one of my curtain rods. I hoped that they wouldn't mess up all my plants under my windows too bad. I was surprised to find that not one plant had been stepped on. All this quality and service for just a little more than my neighbor paid for the cheapest windows at Lowe's.

After talking for about 20 minutes and getting some really good suggestions from Dustin, we talked price and I hired him on the spot. His BBB rating and reviews were very good and I felt very comfortable with hiring his company. Once painting started it went very smooth and without any issues. Trent, Scott, and Austin did an amazing job. They would spray on the paint then brush it in, then spray again. Coverage was exceptional using this technique.. I'm telling you, from my experience with Dustin and his #1 team are the only ones to consider for your house painting needs. My wife and I were very impressed with the results and very pleased.
