    House daiquiri

We sat at the bar and enjoyed our cocktails and conversations with the bartenders. It definitely lives up to the tiki bar atmosphere. I ordered the house daiquiri and my daughter had the Dole Whip pain killer. The pain killer was our preferred drink of the two, even though it was dispensed by a large, readymade "frozen drink machine." It's a fun place and we'll be back for the "Sippin Santa" at Christmas time!

Tiki Tiki Bang Bang - Cincinnati, OH This place? A whole vibe. From the moment you walk in, it's like your passport got stamped to paradise. The service? On point--friendly, fast, and with just the right splash of flair. And that Painkiller drink? Whew--creamy, strong, and dangerously delicious. Let's just say, one sip and I was ready to book a one-way trip to island life. 10/10, would sip and sashay back again. ‍

Funky and welcoming tropical oasis in the Walnut Hill neighborhood, carefully curated and tended by Skipper Michael and friends. Tiki drinks are true to style and include some in-house recipes with surprise ingredients, all served in appropriate mugs and glassware. The space is small yet not crowded, the music hits the spot, the bathrooms are clean and the decor is layered with a patina of care. We will be back next time we are in town

I love a good Tiki Bar, and we stumbled into this gem the weekend before Halloween, successfully crashing a pretty amazing costume contest. Great music, quick service (even though it was SLAMMED), and a staff who genuinely seemed to be having a great time alongside the guests. Drinks were impressive, and there was enough decor to keep your eyes busy for days. We visit a tiki bar in every city we go to, and this one easily topped our list. It will be a go-to every time we're in Cincinnati.

We came here on black Wednesday and I am so glad that my cousins decided to take me here. When you walk in the front it looks like a video store. You walk back through the shelf of videos and you are back inside an awesome tiki bar. The decors is awesome, you could spend a lot of time just checking out the different areas. The bartenders are great, quick and friendly; the menu of drinks of course is all tiki themed with interesting cups. I had a tasty warm gin drink, that was surprisingly good, and I say that because I love cold gin, but warm gin? Very christmasy and tasty. My cousins all got different drinks and they were all great. I'd love to come back and see it as just a tiki bar but I really dug the Christmas set up! Can't wait to check them out again! They also have an outdoor space that is covered.

When you are looking for a dark unique bar with fun cocktails i would recommend Tiki Tiki. I had 2 drinks and was feeling good.

We came from Columbus for the Sippin Santa pop up event that is going on - a licensed pop up event created by Beachbum Berry and Tiki Tiki Bang Bang is the only location in Ohio that is hosting it. Overall it was a solid experience! The decor and cocktails were festive and full of boozy cheer. As soon as you enter you're transported to a Winter Wonderland full of rum delights. If you can grab the ginger snap shots along with the Surf Nut (my favorite of the 3 cocktails I've had) I highly recommend. Surf Nut had a full-body, dessert-like flavor with the spiced Caribbean water adding a nice complex spice to the drink. The shot was very strong but the strength of the navy proof rum is offset by the sweet, nutty macadamia syrup and ginger mix. The staff was laid back and friendly. The owner was behind the bar slinging drinks and we were greeted as soon as we walked in even during a rush on a Friday evening. My only complaint is certain drinks were disappointing like the Ho Ho Hot Buttered Rum and Sharky's First Christmas which didn't hit the mark for me. But the Sharky mug is incredible and we grabbed quite a few mugs as souvenirs!

I had always wanted to try the bar with the video store facade and it did not disappoint. The place was everything you'd want from a tiki bar - including a bartender who obviously loved his job, enthusiastically planning a SpongeBob Square Pants movie night where he enlisted the restaurant next door to make crabby patties and was trying to figure out how to keep a continuous flow of bubbles going. We were instantly charmed as we eavesdropped on his brainstorm. The drinks were delicious, served in fun glasses, and the bartender was kind enough to alert us that we should get our phones out for a trick she was about to pull off. Fun, campy, a great theme, happy staff. Drinks were a little pricey, but the unique atmosphere totally made it worth it (plus they were delicious)

Met up with friends during one of the "Sippin Santa" nights. Loved the decor, was super festively lit up and had some very fun looking festive drinks. However, I had tried their "Sippin Santa" drink which was not good at all. Others I was with had expressed the same sentiments. I ended up having the "Christmas on Ice," which was much better. Since it is a bar, the seating was limited due to being a little packed. But I do feel like they did a pretty good job at trying to create sitting space in a way that allowed walk thru flow in the middle of the bar.

I am a complete and total sucker for a Tiki bar and this place has me sold!! The bar staff is so funny and personable and cool. I ordered The Siren's Song which was served to me a large conch shell and had rum, mango, papaya, almond and charred cinnamon. yup, charred cinnamon. Which means that they briefly set my drink on fire and were courteous enough to give me a heads up that they were doing it do i could record it on my phone if i wanted to. Most importantly, that cocktail was delicious! I was so glad i had a giant conch shell of it! It tasted like vacation The décor was fabulous and so cool. This place is a hidden gen and a total win. Definitely go and take your friends!

I used to love this place when it was Video Archive, but had not been since they change the theme. Stopped in late, around 11 PM, on a Saturday and was surprised that they were already closing up. Literally the first day the bartender told us when we walked in the door was that they were closing in the next 40 minutes, which still felt like a significant amount of time so it was a little off-putting. Either way we decided to stay for one drink and it was totally worth it because the drinks were festive and delicious. The menu fits the theme with lots of exotic offerings. I would definitely go back to try other things really for the glassware alone since each cocktail comes with a themed container.

ALOHA! Stopped by for a drink last night after dinner - what a fun space! Very cute decor, and fun drink selection. My only complaint was that the blended drinks weren't blended enough to use the skinny straws they're served with - lots of chunks. Ask for extra blendage for easier sipping! Drinks were tasty and bartenders were friendly. Definitely recommend stopping in for a unique experience if you're in the area.

Ask the Community - Tiki Tiki Bang Bang

Is this an 18 and over place?

    We are 21+.

Does it have its own parking?

We do not have our own parking. There is metered street parking out front until 6pm Monday through Saturdays (free for the evening after 6 and on Sundays), and across the street from us is a paid parking lot with ample space.

Ordered delivery from them and my gosh, that food was amazing…read more I ended up getting a shrimp sando with greens for my salad. The sesame dressing is savory and not overly rich. The sandwich itself is hefty, despite a smaller appearance. The shrimp is well cooked, crispy crunchy coating and a good mix of filling (some veggies to help brighten things up). The bread is pretty sturdy and holds up well! Cauliflower wings were perfect. Crunchy, well cooked, not mushy, and the flavoring on top is a secret that needs to be shared. Definitely want to check out the tiki bar itself, the images online look so good!

The meat quality was excellent and the noodles were a nice light touch. The egg was a bit salty, but the noodles balanced it out. I also tried the Char Siu Hammah Burger. Once again, the meat quality was excellent and it was cooked perfectly. The sauces provided an interesting and eclectic taste with sriracha mayo and another sweeter sauce, but the combination of flavors may not be to everyone's liking. The fries were great. As far as drinks, I got the lava flow and the jungle bird. Both were excellent and perfectly proportioned. I can recommend both highly. The server was polite and prompt. He offered the option to order either through the QR code or the usual way. He was quick in bringing out the drinks and the food, and he regularly checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. The Hawaii theme offered a nice break from the usual city bustle outside. The music wasn't too loud, and it fit the theme. It's a nice place to hang out. For the Honolulu noodle bowl and a lava flow, it was around $36 with tip. The meal was good, but it does carry the usual city pricing for something of that quality.
