The work was done for a good price and he and his team did a little extra work to shore up some of the small issues that would have become larger issues had we not had them come out and take care of this for us. The second time was to look at what could have been a very expensive drain issue had the worst turned out. Thought it was a collapsed line but Earl diagnosed that it more than likely was not a collapsed line. They came out and were able to fix it by pulling out a piece of small pipe that would block and unblock the line that must have been accidently dropped in main line when the bathroom was last replumbed. As long as Earl is working I know who I am going to have do all my general contracting needs.

I have an open floor plan in my house, and I wanted them to build a soffit to delineate space between the kitchen/dining area and the living room, put a faux beam under it, and make it look like it's always been there. I also wanted them to attach faux beams from the soffit to the wall across the space to create a modern take on Viga beams. They did a stunning job. The quality of their craftsmanship is clear. Everyone from start to finish was professional, courteous, and kind. I was sincerely impressed by this team and will be using them in future renovation projects.

I lost my $500 deposit on that part. The workers threw trash all over the yard, even though I asked them not to and provided a garbage can. There was no receipt and no discussed warranty. Martin and his his whole crew are wonderful, caring people who are absolutely committed to building the most beautiful, quality structures. We could not be more pleased with our gorgeous new porch and we will be using M-Art (if they can fit us in to their schedule!) very soon to do another project. We first noticed Martin and M-Art when we were visiting some homes on the Parade Of Homes event. Martin's homes stood out from the others because of his obvious attention to detail, and the overall feeling of quality throughout the houses that M-Art had built. We were really happy with the work Marquez constructed did for us. Hector came out to look at what…read moreneeded to be done to fix a leak in our roof. He found the problem right away which was cracked stucco on our parapets. He repaired all the parapets and fixed the inside roof. We also had them patch the cracks in the stucco on the entire house. He had a wonderful hard working crew and they did a good job. We felt the price was reasonable based on past work done on our home. Hector and the office staff were wonderful to work with and we will hire him back.
