I've had Earl Freeman and his team come out twice to my house to get some work done and both times they have done an amazing job. The first time was to shore up some poor work done on the house before we bought it. The work was done for a good price and he and his team did a little extra work to shore up some of the small issues that would have become larger issues had we not had them come out and take care of this for us. The second time was to look at what could have been a very expensive drain issue had the worst turned out. Thought it was a collapsed line but Earl diagnosed that it more than likely was not a collapsed line. They came out and were able to fix it by pulling out a piece of small pipe that would block and unblock the line that must have been accidently dropped in main line when the bathroom was last replumbed. 3 weeks after the completion of my remodel, I encountered a developing plumbing problem that had been forming for the previous 23 years. I called Freeman's and explained my situation. He was there the following morning (Sunday!) , and after 3 hours of work, resolved the problem. He explained that his goal was to always leave a customer 100% satisfied , even if the problem was not related to his work. Believe it or not, he refused to take payment for his labor. Earl Freeman saved us from a nightmare situation with an Albuquerque-based spray foam roofer (who had done us wrong and was refusing to fix the significant damages the new roof was causing to our home - all the roofer wanted to do was slop more caulk onto the problem). Earl's professionalism, resourcefulness, and construction know-now were really what saved the day. He was able to quickly establish rapport with the roofer and get him to make the repairs that the roofer could do. Then, Earl assembled a team of expert tradespeople to do the remaining repairs (and had the roofer pay for it). AMAZING! All throughout the process, Earl showed us kindness and compassion and kept us updated every step of the way. This man knows the construction business...and how we wish we would have hired him to do our roof. It would've saved us hundreds of hours of research and heartache when the original roofer showed so little integrity in doing the job right. The owner of Freeman Finest Construction, Earl Freeman, is one of the honest, kindest and hardest working man I know in the construction business. On June 28th, 2018 I woke up at 4:30am to a busted pipe in the wall and a flooded kitchen. Long story short, the kitchen was deemed a total loss. After almost a month of fighting with the insurance and trying to find a contractor that was willing to help me, the last phone call I made was to Earl. From the moment he answered the phone to the moment we hung up I knew he was the contractor that was going to fix my kitchen. He was straight up with me, answered all my questions without speaking down to me, and took his time to explain what was going on and what was needed to do. He said the money that insurance stated wouldn't even pay for the labor costs, for anybody no matter who I had hired, and he was right. He said that if allowed, he will fight for more money and promise me would do an excellent job. I hired him on the spot and he didn't disappoint. When I told him what I always wanted for my kitchen he listen and then kindly stated that as amazing as it sounds my kitchen is a little to small for what I would like, but, now that he has an idea of what I want and what I like he will take it from here, and boy did he, my kitchen turned out beautiful. He began work on a Thursday and was done that following Friday. He fought the insurance and won to get me more than enough money to fix my kitchen. I always knew that I wanted to redo my kitchen but never did I dream that it would turn out so beautiful. To top everything off, I got really sick during the construction, due to the stress of everything I had been through the past month, and because of that I had to stay home that week. When my wife and I were looking to get our bathroom remodeled, it was out first big project in updating our house. After looking around at different contractors, we decided on Freemans Finest because they took the time to listen to what we wanted, worked within the budget we had, and gave us a beautiful bathroom in return. Through the entire process, Earl, the owner, was involved and kept us updated along the way on any problems they were experiencing, and also expected milestones they were going to complete along the way. The team working was able to correct any problems along the way when dealing with an older house, updating items like electrical and plumbing that weren't originally in scope, all while remaining in the timeline we were given. The team working here were incredibly conscientious of what they were doing, always cleaning up any common space they happen to be in that day before leaving for the night, as well as being very polite and friendly the entire time working on this project.
