The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly. They seemed very eager to answer all of my questions about the bikes and parts. They should all get a raise for their dedication to their work. The atmosphere was fun. Music on tap, big fanfare and bell ringing when you complete your purchase, a fun experience. I am glad I came here and would recommend anyone that's in the market to check these folks out. They have a big selection and if what you want isn't there, they can probably get it. I was given payment quotes that were more than 100% off from reality, which should never happen at a professional dealership. On top of that, the finance process was not explained clearly or honestly upfront. After completing the purchase, I was told I could pick up the bike, only to find out three days later (after I called them) that no paperwork had even been submitted. Nothing. No proactive communication, no transparency, no accountability. Because of their failure to do basic follow-through, what should have been a straightforward transaction has now turned into over a week of delay just to receive a bike I already purchased. This wasn't one mistake. It was repeated misinformation, poor process, and complete lack of urgency. If you value clear communication, accurate pricing, and competent handling of paperwork, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I will be filing in court first thing next week against Charlie and this business establishment as I am not the only one who has experienced purchasing a scooter from this store that is either not functional and/or breaks down very quickly after purchase and per his request to take him to court for resolution. Here's the backstory: I purchased a 50cc scooter from Charlie on 6/22/24 and paid for him to deliver ($50.00). From day one this scooter (literally upon drop-off) had problems and we called him the same exact day he delivered it. His response was "it needs to warm up." Within the first 30 days we kept trying to "warm it up." Still couldn't get this thing to go over 15 MPH or stay running. Being out first scooter we trusted he was being honest and it just needed to "warm up." So there it sat, a driveway ornament that is completely useless. I spent the next few weeks trying to still "warm it up." Nothing. Still not up to speed and won't stay running. This scooter has not left my neighborhood because it is not operable nor safe to have on the streets. Called Charlie this morning again, he tells me and my husband to clean this, clean that, blow out this, blow out that. Nope, still nothing. Won't stay running. My husband called again, Charlie was everything but professional and wanted more money to pick it up to "assess." Mind you it hasn't been able to be operated since day one. After telling him that since this scooter and still under warranty and is not drive-able, that he should do what's right and pick up and fix this. He hung up the phone and would not answer. So, we drove to his store and tried to have a decent and calm mannered conversation with Charlie to get this resolved, he still demanded more money and would say nothing more than "you pay fee." I do have this all recorded. Once he was informed this was being recorded he got very angry, turned his hat backwards, came from behind the corner pointing and saying "turn the camera off" repeatedly while pacing in front of my husband. He then went to the back and would not come out. Officers were called to assist since Charlie was getting irate and that is when Charlie took off in his truck before their arrival still making his own demands and no resolution. The discussion with the officers and information obtained will be held for court date. At this point, we do not trust this establishment to even touch this scooter, there is something very fishy about this business. So...To be continued...
