My grandchild spent a few weeks at this facility and I 10/10 would not recommend. This little person is generally very friendly and outgoing but would cry at every drop off and, according to staff, through most of the time there. That doesn't happen at preschool or dance or other babysitters. The last time we were there, I went to pick her up and THREE teachers didn't know where she was. Her teacher counted the kids in her class and said they were all there. I thought her mom got her. Her mom thought I got her so misunderstanding on our part and not good on us at all but when the time she could be there ended no one called us. When she cried all night cuz she wanted to go home (she always wanted to go home but she wasn't one to normally spend the night) no one called us. When she could not be consoled, no one called. Why didn't 3 teachers know where she was? Why wouldn't you call parents for a kid that doesn't normally stay overnight, has no overnight stuff, and won't stop crying? According to them? It's not our responsibility. My daughter and I are definitely at fault for not communicating better with each other but THREE teachers didn't know where she was!!! I went in to address my concerns and felt talked down to. I was talked over, not allowed to state my feelings, and told I had already decided what I thought (she said she was talking to me with love. Definitely didn't feel any love. I will say I can be a perfect bitch but there was no love). There aren't a lot of options for parents needing care at weird hours or any time really but when 3 teachers don't know where a child is, I find that pretty concerning. We are terrible people for not checking in with each other better but we are not the only ones at fault here. You would do better to find something else. read more

This is a nightmare daycare! My son enjoyed the first week and then soon bawled his eyes out every time he had to go. I would pick up my daughter in a wet diaper, occasionally a pooped diaper. I brought up concerns about my son with staff because he stated that the teachers were mean, to put it and they just blew it off. Said he didn't show signs so they weren't gonna look into it. I took him to a child therapist and he deduced the daycare was causing a lot of problems as well. I pulled them out and was basically forced to sign to pull them out and now I'm charged for the daycare they didn't used because of the paper they forced me to sign! I read the reviews but I went ahead because a friend recommended it to me. Never again!! read more

Haha I felt like this place might need a little love since they've been inundated with bad reviews. I work nights 40-50 hours a week and I'm a single mom. This is literally my only option for childcare. My son has been going for 2 weeks now. They were polite and super helpful when getting me set up and ready to go. They even offered to walk me through applying for state assistance (I won't qualify- even as a single mom I make too much money). If you pre pay its $650 a month for a kid older then 3 and you get up to 50 hours a week. My son does have any issues at pick up or drop off. He's not a coddled kid whose used to crying his way to staying home with mom. The last few nights I picked him up he was sleeping soundly in his own little corner. The night workers bend the rules slightly so he can have his little security blanket and pacifier to sleep. He has his own locker to keep things. I even dropped in unexpected to pick him up during the day just to check it out when I wasn't expected, he was playing peacefully with a group of other kids and was very happy. The lady watching him had every kid draw a picture for their parents. So he was excited to bring me what he had made. I haven't noticed a smell. It's always pretty clean for a place full of kids. He likes the night workers a lot. If anything changes I will update my review but so far I'm good with it. You use your own code to get in, a tablet with a finger print to check your kid out, and all the staff has radios to communicate their movements throughout the building. I did see a girl crying after getting in a verbal altercation with another kid but what do you expect? Kids fight. They fight in regular public school. They fight in private school. Altercations happen. The staff took care of it. I can't comment on infant care as my son is 3. But so far so good! read more

This DAYCARE IS THE WORST! They charge for everything, they are rude, They are not friendly to your children, pay their workers $7/hr so they hire very low quality childcare workers. The owners are running a business and that's it. There is no care in this childcare. The staff is creepy and it always smells like floor cleaner. Do not take your kids here. Seriously....as parents, our kids deserve better than this place. They seem great because they are open 7 days a week for those parents that have to work on the weekends....the employees and owner are rude as hell. My son literally went there for 1 day...and then my hours at work changed so I did not need them any more. I was told I was able to take him out....then a couple of months later I got sent collection papers for like $1200.00! I was like what in the what?!?! When I told him he wasnt going to go there any more, and they okayed it? Really?! Like how pathetic are you?! I really do not understand how they stay in business. I constantly came in to other kids exposing themselves to my son in the corner while the teachers didn't even notice. The owners don't care about anything but your money. as someone who actually went here for a long while of my childhood, i can say directly how it is. the teachers treat everyone terribly and always yell at you for the smallest stuff (they make all the kids clean while they sit there and do nothing) if you have a hyper kid or one with ADHD they are gonna HATE them. i learned that the teachers only like quiet kids who sit in a corner and do nothing. the bathrooms are (or were, i haven't been there in YEARS) terrible. the only thing hiding you behind the toilet were two white doors that dont cover anything. during winter if you forgot your jacket inside you were told that sucks and you can't get it. during summer if you were dehydrated you couldn't go inside and get some water (water fountains never worked anyway). if there were any new toys you couldn't even play with them for months cause they thought everyone was gonna break them (i mean it's a daycare, so obviously stuff is gonna happen) . the only way they haven't been shut down is because whenever the people would come in and check it, they would clean everything, make us be quiet and play with something. and yes, they do use their walky talkies to talk about parents. if your kid has ever brought up movies just know they had to sit on literal concrete for an hour or two while watching and if you tried to sit on a chair the teachers would literally yell at you to sit on the ground. for any field trip we were stuck in yellow shirt for the whole time. like i get it's to know that kid is in daycare but it gets HOT having to wear two shirts in either a bus full of kids or in 90° weather. none of us could even put it around our head to try to cool off, not even in the bus. the only good thing about this daycare is fridays when you could bring a toy and get a snack, but other than that. throughout all those years, every day i would beg my mom to not let me go but since she's a single mom she didnt really have any other choice. ive been going to therapy and bring this daycare up so much to the point i think it's trauma. do not bring your kids here because you don't know what goes on behind the scenes. this is a burner account cause i don't want anyone knowing who i am read more

So, I've been wanting to make a review, but wanted to wait until things hopefully got better, but if anything, they got worse. My son no longer goes there (since 2 weeks ago) and I think now is the time to finally just make my review. This will be LONG, so prepare. My son started going there a little before he was 2 years old. I remember I loved the morning teachers, and they were both so sweet to my son. Both were Hispanic women, and they were just so sweet and welcoming to him. Occasionally, I would pick him up with a very full diaper, and I would get upset. At one point, my mother and sister picked him up for me, and when they got home with him, there was dried poop stuck to his butt and he had a rash developing. I was very upset, and was told by Samantha that it couldn't have happened at the center. Where else would it have happened?.. On another occasion, I was left an incident report (they are never hand typed, always the same generic report) "kids were fighting over a toy, _____ hit ______ with the toy, kissed and loved better" in this case, they were bites. Horrible bites on my sons arm. I know all kids bite, and I know my son is guilty of it too. But these were extreme. To the point where I believe I should have been called instead of having a generic message left on the computer. When I said something to Samantha about it, I was told "it's impossible to avoid that, it happens in the blink of an eye" these bites were horrible, and there were 2. He still has scars from them. Those bites most definitely didn't happen in under the blink of an eye, and I know damn well he would have been screaming during the first one. Skip over several other complaints I've had.. a few months ago, I was picking my son up and heard one of the teachers named Danielle yelling at the kids about washing their hands, she was extremely rude to them. I let Samantha know, and was left a long message the next day pretty much being told I was wrong, and that I was "in and out of there" so I wouldn't have heard it. I know what I heard, and it was not okay. The next MAJOR complaint I had was the top reason we left the center. I was picking my son up I saw a teacher named Evelyn, kind of chasing this kid by the lockers. I thought she was playing with him. I then see her grab the child by his arm, and drag him across the room while he's kicking. At least 15 feet, by his arm. I immediately messaged Samantha, letting her know what happened, told her to either fire the lady or get her out of that class. She reviewed the tape, and told me I was wrong about that too. That dragging the child by the arm was justified due to the child kicking the teacher in the face, not listening, being bigger than normal kids his age, and the mother not picking the kid up earlier. None of that is an excuse to drag a child by their arm. Samantha said she told the mother she could watch the video; and the mother said no because she "knows he's bad" which I highly doubt. I don't think any mother would be okay with knowing their kid was dragged across the room by his arm. Evelyn was also working back in his class after the "leave" she got put on for less than a week. The next week or so, I noticed I had a late fee on the computer and a collections notice, due to not paying the weekly $185. I was ahead on payments, but apparently even when you're AHEAD, you still have to pay $185 a week, which doesn't make sense at all. Samantha told me she'd look over it and see if she could do anything about the late fee, but said I needed to pay the $185 weekly going forward, even if I'm ahead. I told her not to worry about it, I'll pay it, and that I wanted to put in my 30 day notice (yup.. 30 days) In the whole 2 years my son went there, I had been through so much with them already. Yes, I was late a few times on payments, as I was paying almost $800 a month by myself. I still always made sure to pay though, and never left a balance at the end of the month. I also left with a $0 balance. So I'm not one of those customers that's "upset they were sent to collections" as Samantha puts it. Do I wish matters would have been handled differently? Yes. I tried several times to have matters addressed, and they weren't. I paid them a lot of money to ensure my son was safe and taken care of, which he was anything but. Horrible teachers, bad bites, abuse in the center that I'm sure went unreported, disgusting food that has absolutely no nutrition, etc! This is a very unprofessional daycare, and I wish I would have taken my son out a hell of a lot sooner. Avoid this daycare like the plague. read more

The only reason they are still open is because they are the only 24 hr day care in the valley. It makes me wonder with how they treat the parents with such disrespect on how they really treat our children when us parents arent really there. I had a horrible experience with this childcare center! My children were under childcare subsidy the state paid for their child care. The center received their allotted amount for the time that my children attended, but I remove my children because of miss treatment. In retaliation the center billed me $4500 and sent it to collections and put it on my credit report. I am now trying to dispute these erroneous charges but these are the type of people that they are Prejudice and retaliatory. read more

Literal toothless meth head teachers who get paid $7 an hour to yell and scream at your child. Hundreds of kids in this place. As if all of this weren't awful enough, we pulled our son due to the trauma it was causing, and because we didn't give a 30 day notice, this behemoth (the owners daughter Samantha) had the nerve to send us to collections. It would be zero stars if possible. So it's been roughly three months since we've had our daughter there, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. At first, our daughter liked being there, then it changed after only a few days there, she would cry and beg not to go, mind you she was only two years old at that time. Teachers there are inexperience, underpaid, and overwhelmed with the number of children there. Our child would come to us before we pulled her from there with some alarming things, to the point that it could be considered criminal if their was sufficient evidence. Staff all the way to the owner are rude and incompetent, took them a month before our daughter was even on the system. They on a number occasions would try to slip in fees and other charges in our bill, then fight with them to take them off. They are extremely disorganized, the front area was always trashed. This place is actually really horrible! Their true identities didn't show until a week later. They ripped me off majorly and never intended to keep their word. I was even told by another that they never keep their word when they say. What I've seen them do to the children and how they fed them its just ridiculous. A kids dinner should not consist of a slice of cheese and bologna and some crackers. That is in no way a meal and I don't understand who would think it was. Another thing is the teachers get way to frustrated with children easy. Any real professional knows children take time and care. Just because they throw fits doesn't mean the teachers should too. My children have been here for years. I overheard someone touring the other day say that the center had bad reviews. This concerns me that people would be so dishonest. The center has cameras, wonderful staff, and 100% inspections that are posted right on the parent board. Seriously any one believing these reviews is not using their brains. You cannot lie about what is on camera. Also it seems people if you read them are coming back years after attendance to leave these reviews??? If it was so concerning, or truthful it seems like an investigation would have been done then and not posted to social media sites... Do your research people. The way the centers are reviewed if any of this were true they could NOT hide it from the inspectors. Take this from a person that has worked in a Center. Go look yourself. read more

Tilley Time Child Care -My children started going here around 3 or 4 years ago. I love the location and the availability and it is a nice facility. The teachers work their butts off however their are a couple of instances that i am not happy about . LAst summer i took my kids to a dental office for an appointment The appointment ran over i did not have time to go home since i had to go to work. I stopped and got happy meals for my 2 boys. My 2 year old apparently spelt milk on his shirt on the way to the daycare. I went to check him in the teacher said i couldnt bring him in all wet that he needs to be changed or i can not bring him. So i asked if she can change him in the spare clothes he had there she told me no. I went out to get some spare clothes i had in my car the teacher was already changing him. I asked the owner son TJ tilley . why did they change him if they told me no that they wouldnt. I told him at my other daycare they would change him if needed be. He said that they are the best in state that they are the best in town and if i dont like it that he could kick me out and i can take my kids to any shitty daycare with write y=ups that he didnt care. I should have reported this to the bbb. They should not be able to treat the customers like shit especially if dws and the parents are paying their bills. The owner Tim his dad was sitting there listening to the whole thing did not care how his son was treating one of his customers. I talk to his sister samantha who is more calm after the fact she said that is tj personality and that he doesnt put up with shit. What kind of response is this from a professional????? Then in may my older son did not take the bus after school to go to daycare. I put my cell phone as a emergency contact i did not recieve a call from them just a message since there was no signal apparently at my work i called when i was on my way after i got off and the owner just basically said that he is not her responsibility until he is on the bus which i get and didnt really give a shit that he was missing . She told me to ground him for not taking the bus and didnt show any empathy or concern for my child. So i put my 30 day notice and my kids will go to a new facility in August . This was the worse place in the world. My kids went there for 4 days, before I pulled them. In the 4 days that my kids went there they tried charging me for time that my children was not there. My 4 year old was crying every time I picked her up because she was being beat up by some of he other kids in her class. And they never did anything to stop it. After I pulled my kids from the facility they tried to collect an additional $1'000 from me. I highly recommend not taking your kids to this facility. read more
