I could not have been happier or more impressed with the results! I watched the entire process and I was amazed by the entire team. They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. We fe that he and his team went above and beyond what was expected. we asked him if it was ok to offer his team a bonus. I hired Jacob Megquier to replace a large deck and privacy fence. It's complete and I'm very…read morehappy with the results. He designed it and helped me with ideas for materials. The estimate was close to the final cost of the deck. He scheduled it about 4 months out because he was booked with other jobs until late summer but he started on time and completed on plan. This was a complete replacement including footings and framing. His work is impeccable and it shows in the results. While attaching the frame to the house he had to remove some siding and found some rotted wood. He replaced that and the siding so the house wall is like new. He also ordered the materials, arranged for deliveries and removed the old deck and waste from the site. He talked with me throughout the job about progress and any issues or design decisions. I'm very pleased with the deck and privacy fence and would hire him again for other construction jobs and I give him the highest recommendation.

We were very specific that we wanted gravel/crushed rock no less than 1 inch diameter. We order our first 16 yard load which was delivered today. Instead of getting what we discussed, we got a load of sand with very little rock in it called the company to express our dissatisfaction, to which the person on the phone ...in short blew us off! Also, I believe they loaded by weight not yardage because what was dumped is probably only 10-12 yards instead of 16. We spent $500 and got screwed.
