Nicole at the register was an absolute ANGEL! She called customer service for me, was so patient and kind, and took care of the situation. My soul reason for stopping in was for their Amazon return. When I approached the Amazon return area I read a sign that said, "Go to Customer Service". Not convenient, but doable. The line at CS was 9 people deep and only one person could/knew how to process Amazon returns and I was told she would be back after her break. I waited 15 minutes while all 9 of the people in line were processed, plus more some more, then there we stood. Two CS who could not/would not do Amazon returns, waiting on an employee that was on break. I understand employee shortages, but how about cross training those that do show up for work?

I set the package on the counter and said I needed to make a return, and the associate just stared at me without saying anything. I finally asked if I just leave it there or what, at which time I was informed that I needed a QR code, which I was not provided by Amazon (I was given a shipping label- that does have a QR code on it). The associate said "I guess you need to go to UPS or something then" and was no longer helpful. This experience just cemented my limited desire to shop at Kohls.

Had the worst experience May 8th with Natalie. I had a full head of hair upon arrival. She calls it blending. She never heard of the Farrah Fawcet cut I wanted. Before going to shampoo area I showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted. I told her my hair is curly and she would have to spray it with water as she goes as it dries fast. She replied we will dry cut it. I also mention a bad cut I previously received there in the past with the women using razors on my thin hair. She agreed not razors, helmet style or bob for me. I watched her do a huge straight slice right above my ear and started shaking. I told her I was shaking. She then pulled out the razor and asked for permission to use it. I guess I figured she needed help with the thick long hair and said ok. Big mistake. She hid her mistake. So the sides were now short and the back straight and long. She would barely give the mirror to me to see her work. She had me facing a customer on the side of me for a long time. So uncomfortable for me. I kept looking at the 5-7" cuts of hair on the ground. When she asked me how much I wanted off in the very beginning I replied 2", no more than 3 due to the layering I wanted. When she said she was done I said I didn't want the back all one length. She took a couple cuts into the back and again without a word about her mistake she ran for help. I pushed myself with my feet to see it in her big mirror and grabbed the hand mirror. OMG total destruction. I told the hair dresser that came that we have a difference in the meaning of feathering and layering. Natalie called it blending. I call it a feathered and layered haircut. She was not helpful about that and said it should have been wet. I replied that's what I said. Natalie denied it. The new girl was going to take over but I I jumped out of the chair and said "we are done here". I went to different salon for help. She told me there were no layers and I have a botched shag. She didn't want to touch it until it grew. I went to see about hair extension. Very expensive and I can't have them as I am allergic to plastic. I am devastated. Probably wig time. I am crushed. Beware of young new girls and don't go walk in. Call ahead and get a seasoned hair dresser if you love your hair.

I was walking through the store on Friday, December 19th. by ANA to see a worker getting yelled at…read moreby one of the what looked like managers. mind you this girl look as if she was no where near the managers age. She looked visibly uncomfortable and the manager was just unbelievable. I feel that this should be done in private and not in a place where customers can witness this type of behavior coming from management. not only has this happened once but multiple times i have seen or heard something happen like this with other individuals who were also working. one even came from The general manager Beth she had gotten in mutiple individuals faces yelling at them when they clearly looked as if they were doing their job and this is something a manager should not be doing as i would due to my old type of businesses and establishments that i have for.It is extremely dishonoring to see that this is happening to children who are only in their teens who choose to have a job and who choose they feel the need to be respected in order to continue doing their job. i've bought from this establishment for many years and i feel deeply uncomfortable to go there again due to this behavior yet again.

When I shop here I always leave with something, even if I go in just to "look around "from this store. And I bought jeans and shirt at Affordable price. I have jeans from this place for years and I still wear it. Recommend to those who want to flex on a budget. The store is well organized and clean. Their employee is so friendly, polite, very attentive and helpful. It was great buying all of my clothes here because of the quality and the services they provide was exceptional. I always leave happy and they made my shopping experience so fantastic.

There are amazing deals on all kinds of clothes and decor. The ones. Took advantage of today were $35 reversible belts that sold for $10 and $15! Sometimes you go in and get lucky and sometimes you go in and there's nothing good, but that's the beauty... the stock turns over very fast, so you could come weekly and see a completely new rack of goods. The lines can get long, but I've only had positive experiences from the cashiers. They have a snake system with one line to maintain efficiency, and it allows them to keep the line going. Not sure what else you'd want!

Worst TJ Maxx I shop at! They push the credit card their lives depend on it and they are RUDE. I…read morerecently went to return two outdoor artificial flower arrangements. The only reason I returned is because I found them in white and preferred those. I was treated like a freakin' criminal at the cashier because the pots were dusty. Not damaged. Dusty. I have four of these same arrangements at home and the pots on ALL of them look the same. I assume they just all came in like that. In a box with other stuff and the pots aren't perfect. It's a generic black pot that will be placed in a larger more decorative pot. The 'manager' proceeded to use a wet wipe to clean them in front of me trying to refuse the return. Examining the pots like she was performing surgery. It's still cold and dreary here so clearly the flowers have not been 'used.' The main issue was probably because they're from another TJ Maxx. But you know what! That's not my problem. I shop and return at TJ Maxx, Home Goods ALL the time. And never have I been treated like this! Horrible store. Horrible management. Go to ANY other location. Employees have left this location because of management. I never experienced an issue as a customer but after this I will never go back.

When he selected a suit that he liked, our salesman Joe told us that he can pick out another suit for free! When my husband chose one off the rack, Joe said that for the equivalent of the suit we were purchasing, my husband could choose a custom made suit. He didn't have to do that - he could've let us walk out with a lesser purchase. He took a lot of time to make sure everything was just right with both suits and all of the accessories.Because of his stellar customer service, my husband wound up getting two suits, two ties, two dress shirts, two pair of shoes, a belt, and three pairs of socks! Joe even went out of his way to pick up one of the pairs of shoes at a different location. Again, thanks! The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because when it came time to get dressed for our nephew's wedding, we discovered that they neglected to put the belt in our bag. My husband had to go the day of the wedding to pick up a random belt because they didn't have the correct one in stock. They gave him a belt to get through the day, but it wasn't the right color or size. All in all, a very nice experience with a snafu or two, but we will definitely go back!

They have an amazing selection of beautiful boots and jewelry! The staff really went out of their way to fit my son with some boots he would be comfortable with!
