It has been my experience that finding a good handyman in Littler Rock is difficult. I finally found one that is reliable and delivers quality work! Tim and his staff were on time, provided me with a detailed quote and were willing and able to make last minute changes when asked. Their input in the process was valuable as they are talented professionals and guided me as I requested a change. Tim allowed me the time to discuss the change, added his expertise and suggestions and finally we had the project that worked. The quality of his work was very professional and my front porch looks presentable again. Jeff has special skills that added to the overall great quality. Their price was fair and I will definitely use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to several neighbors, who can see the work for themselves! read more

After several weeks I was informed by a friend that something was terribly wrong with the work. I contacted severals professionals who looked at the work and they rrefusd to take the project. Home Advisor sent Tim Davidson, he quickly saw the errors....but did not badmouth the previous worker. He accepted the job, brought his crew, did not waste time. Tim did some roofing work for me and did a great job. In one case he went above and beyond during a late night emergencey. Tim and crew were on time and did the job for a fair price. Good job over all. read more

Tim was contacted through HomeAdvisor and agreed to do a project for us in October 2017. He outlined this project in writing and was paid in full in the amount of $23,330 within 30 days. He wanted MORE MONEY and could not provide us with bills that need paying or outstanding invoices or something to show us where that money was going. When we refused, his method of extortion was through threats and legal action to pay him more money to complete said project. What work he did complete was shoddy and questionable to say the least. Those of you looking for an experienced home remodel, deck/covered porch, composite decking, fencing or roofing should TURN and RUN AWAY! If you don't, please be warned. Be ready for a fight and probably a legal battle since he will likely still want more money or won't refund money paid for incomplete work. Also, be advised that without our permission he is using one photo (framing a roof) in his advertisements. Although not against the law, it's sad that he is using our home.
