Awful service....by 1 very rude worker!! I ordered soup I check my bag for spoons and paper towels like always.... There was nothing so I asked for spoon, lady insisted they where in the bag, so I took everything out of bag no spoon so I asked again. She came a tossed me 2 spoons on counter, then I asked for butter for my buns, once again she said it was in the bag while I'm holding the bag upside down with nothing in it!! So she grabbed butter and tossed it on the counter very rudely like I did something wrong.... By this point I didn't even bother asking for a A knife or salt and pepper... thank god there was paper towel on the counter!! read more

Dropped into Tim Horton's on the way to work this morning. Between me and my coworker we ordered X2 Farmers wraps and X2 Turkey bacon clubs. Everything was bone dry and devoid of any sauce whatsoever. Why is it that every visit this particular TH can be likened to rolling the dice? They seldom get anything right. Whether it be a soggy grill cheese sandwich or a feeble attempt at applying the right amount of cream cheese on a bagel they seem to have lost their way. We will not be returning to this Bonnyville location. read more

It could be a whole lot better here in a lot of ways. I never order bagels here because they always give me the wrong one, forget to melt the butter, or one time they gave me a buttered donut once. The service is slow, and unless they offer their workers what other restaurants would pay, things probably won't improve any time soon. read more
