I have frequented many Tim Horton franchise locations across Canada, and without a doubt, this location is the worst. The level of service is barely a single star. The line up times in both the drive through and with the store are unreasonable. I have been to many other locations, where they process far more customers with greater speed, service and professional demeanour. Today, I had my bagel thrust to me as if it had been crushed by someone sitting upon it. The coffee is incredibly watered down, and not to the standard of other franchise locations.
The people whom I was with, equally endured poor quality of service. Food was prepared poorly, and the customer service experienced when we seeked to acquire napkins was non-existent. The waste receptacle was over capacity to the point, patrons exiting had to place their waste on top of the waste collection counter, rather than in it.
There is a serious need for customer service training and perhaps the need for franchise management to have a strong look into this location. Unfortunately, it is the single closest available coffee shop within walking distance for locally employed persons, and that ought not to be the only reason for their patronage.
Pull your socks up and fix a very broken and flawed level of service and performance. read more
