The food we ordered: Egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and hash brown were served cold. The cream cheese bagel my girlfriend ordered had a hair in it. We all have a level of expectation when it comes to Tim's, we know what we are going to get but this instance it was an under achiever. We were on a long journey to st. johns and were not about to turn back to get this corrected - i really hope management steps up quality control.

I'm not really sure what went wrong, we only had two coffees. Coffee order: Ordered 2 milk 1 sweetner got 2 milk 1 sweetner Ordered 2 milk 2 sweetner got black no sweetner Although mistakes can happen "sometimes" the thing that really turned me from this place was the terrible service when confronted with the mistake. After the server replaced my coffee with a fresh correctly made one, after I returned to my car I noticed he and her colleagues making fun of the fact that I returned the coffee and doing impressions of me put the coffee on the counter. I'm very disappointed in this extremely unprofessional behaviour at this Tim Horton's location. One positive note though, they at least labelled the coffee lids correctly. A clean house and more training needed here I think.

I base this on many visits. It seems to have very little organization. I honestly don't know why people go back! I hope it gets better real soon.
