I stopped by here to get a sandwich. The sign on the door said the lobby was closed due to staffing issues and to use the drive-thru. I go to the drive-thru and try to order a sandwich, only to be told they have no food due to the food preparation area being sanitized. It's great they are cleaning, but can't they do it after business hours? I wondered why they were even open. I predict this is the next place to go out-of-business. read more

Every time we go there is never any doughnuts. I asked when the best time to go there to get donuts is and they said before noon. So we made our way to Tim Hortons before noon today and ordered six vanilla dip donuts and a Blackberry mint refresher. only to realize they gave us six vanilla cream donuts instead. I went back to get my order corrected and not only was he going to charge for the new doughnuts, he was charging me the 6pk price for 4 vanilla dip doughnuts.when I told him that was absurd and I wanted to speak to a manager he said "well I am the general manager and you have a nice day". so I pulled up to the window because my kid has been trying to get these vanilla dip donuts for a week now. and the so-called general manager refused to sell them to me. so I called the headquarters and made an official complaint. If you want the absolute worst drive thru or dining experience, then this is the place for you. Always out of something. Dining room closes randomly and drive thru is the worst to navigate when you have 3 entrances. 2 of those right by the DT entrance. Ive heard every single excuse there is. From "were sanitizing our sandwich station" during lunch to "sorry we closed at noon for mothers day." The only restaurant to do that. Apparently this franchise owner makes way too much money off this location or the manager is that inexperienced. i called all other TH locations in the area and none of them closed at noon. If I could give a zero I would. This was like going into a circus freak show. Must be a contest for who can have the most piercings, most tattoos, freakiest tattoos, and the most colorful hair. Lady at the counter made it clear that she didn't want to toast our bagels but did so be grudgingly. Then she didn't really toast them at all they came out cold and untoasted. They taste stale and I could hardly bite into them. We bought five grabbing bagels and one coffee. As my husband was coming out the door of the place the door stuck which made him drop his coffee. When he went to get a refill the purple haired lady commented that he should take two trips next time. It Had nothing to do with two trips and everything to do with the faulty door. But she didn't ask. This place seriously needs to be closed down. There was also a very strange looking man the kept going in and out of the place apparently he was the manager son and he kept complaining and telling someone off on the phone. This is the worst tim hortons i have ever been to. The staff is unorganized and the store is clearly not supervised well. Almost everytime i'm here they give me an incorrect order, this last time when that happened i simply asked for a refund and was told no because there was no active manager there to do so, what kind of company leaves an employee with no superviser? The last few times I've been here, the girl at the counter has been super rude. Can't say hello, can't say thank you, won't smile, nothing! We ordered lunch combos to go and were just handed our sandwiches... no chips, no bags...we asked for the chips and the girl assembling the sandwiches acted like we were really making a major request. I LOVE this Tim Horton's shop!! I'm seriously shocked at the bad reviews. The manager always greets me with a hug, a warm smile and a great cup of hot chocolate. All of the servers that have waited on me have been friendly and courteous. People need to stop looking at outward appearances and instead look at (1) Was I treated with respect? (2) Was my order correct? (3) If my order was not correct, was it taken care of promptly? If you were not treated with respect, your order was not correct and nothing was done about - by all means speak to the manager about it. read more

Great coffee, decent food...if/when they get your order right. They always seem to give me a sausage, egg biscut when I order a bacon egg biscut. Staff a lot ditzy or what? Walked in and the place had a funky smell. I decided it wasn't that bad and got my coffee anyways. After about 10 min and employee took out the trash and started mopping. The bleach smell from the mop was so overwhelming I had to leave. My nostrils and eyes are still burning. Would not recommend. Coffee wasn't even that good for the price. read more

I am so disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. The counter help can't be bothered to get your order right. The appear to not be trained properly and have no idea what a meal combo is. The counter person told me it's easier to pay for everything separate. She also told me that I could not get an extra large coffee with that. I have been going to Tim Hortons for years before moving here and ordering has never been a problem. They need to shut this place down and restart it with trained managers and staff. read more

This place sucks!!! Every time i have come to this location the staff is rude, my order either comes out wrong or incredibly sloppy. Overall a horrible experience. Last time i came to this location i went through the drive thru, ordered my usual coffee. Upon my first sip did i realize it was not at all what i ordered, i went back and went into the store, waited for a period of time until i finally seen an employee. Then as he saw me walked away! Finally someone approached me & I explained to him that it was the wrong item & he proceeded to tell me i was wrong! I have ordered the same thing every time i come, i know what my typical coffee tastes like. So after him being rude & telling me i was wrong, i then ask for a refund. He denys my request & tells me there isn't a manager there. Not only is the staff rude, but they obviously don't care to lose more than a few customers. I DONT recommend this store. 0/10 if i could rate it that way. read more
